Depending on the shape of the A-frame and the coupling on your trailer, you need to locate it here Here are the frames. You might want to hitch the trailer up and mark it with a red A frame surrounds the round bar at the point where the chain connects. You should keep in mind that the chains should be attached to the mount and locked in place with the chain attachment point on the round bar aligned directly below the center of the mount, which may move slightly backward as the bar flexes up to approach the mount (by perhaps 1/2").

The 32 foot bumper pull has been tested both with and without the deflector. This device has been a big help on my trip. Just traveled from Missouri to Arizona with it and I am glad I took the time to have I had a 3/4-ton truck without the weight distribution it almost leveled the truck, but was right on the overload springs, making it ride pretty rough, but after installing it, it greatly smoothed out the ride. In the event of passing by a semi truck, the sway control helped with the push-pull effect. Having one of these will not disappoint you if you pull a bumper hitch camper of any size!.
A big hole in the package with part of the hitch protruding was part of what I received in the package. One end of the package was torn up. As soon as I opened the package, I found the parts loosely packaged and shifted, and several bolts and hardware were missing, as obviously they had fallen out of the hole that had been taped over several times with shipping tape. Despite the product's wonderful looks and nice build quality, it was a bit too heavy for me to carry around, so I sent it back for a refund, and went to a local shop to buy the same product If Curt plans to ship them in a single layer cardboard box, or if they can double box them so this doesn't happen to anyone else, they must reinforce their packaging.
Upon receiving it, I found a package wrapped in tape with pieces of cardboard. Once there were two shipping boxes in which it was sent. The missing parts were in the way. Without opening a box, I had all the information I needed. As far as I can tell, there was no box. The cardboard is torn and tattered. The staff at Curt was nice enough to send me one of the missing parts, but they did not have the second one. In other words, the product is brand new, well built, and pretty.
My fellow camper suggested that I might require one after I got to talking to him. After it was installed, I was able to raise the back of my suburban by 4 inches without air bags or heavy-duty.
Although it is pretty heavy for a woman my age, I am able to manage it. I'd rather it be securing than not having it secured. I don't leave the hitch on my truck because I don't want it stolen. I don't know how to lock it. It is a good piece of equipment to have. Connecting to the internet has proven fairly easy after I did it a few times.
Assembly is a little tedious and setting it up for your vehicle could be a little challenging, but I doubt that it is more difficult than any other hitch. In my opinion, it makes a huge improvement in how the vehicle tows, and the best part is that the preload can be adjusted. There is a platform on the front of my camper where I place gear part of the time, so if I have to have more lift, I set the tension on the link higher and it levels out flawlessly.
There's a huge difference between this setup and the previous one in how the trailer handles. It is different to drive in the morning and at night. Setting it up and getting everything right take a bit of time, but the instructions are clear and simple. The trailer is barely noticeable, so passing semi trucks will no longer give you a white knuckle feeling.
It is stated on the instructions that you need 3/4" nuts and bolts to connect the ball unit to the vehicle mount, but that is not actually the case. My efforts to try 3/4 were in vain. But Home Depot sells a 27mm socket that is perfect for the bolt, but too small for the shank, so I had to use an adjustable wrench that I got from the same store. There's an angle of 3/4 on the end of the chain lock that mounts to the trailer, so at least there's However, I am still not yet at the point where I can attach it to the trailer, so those comments will come afterwards.
