My 2016 Ram 2500 short bed, according to Amazon, would not fit. I went with Reese's answer because it was the most appropriate.

Will these brackets work with my standard four-bolt rails that bolt through the middle?

These are mounted on our 43" long standard rails. They're perfect for that. I'm not sure if it's the same rail as yours.

They fit perfectly on a 2014 Dodge Ram 2500 with standard suspension, I'm not sure.

The rails are already in my possession. Is there a set of mounting bolts, spacers, and washers included with this item?

I just finished installing mine, and while it came with the bolts for the brackets to the frame, it did not come with the rails for the brackets/bed, which I had to purchase separately at my local camper store.

There is a hardware issue

I had to spend more than $15 to complete the task. 00 for hardware, and I'll install the plates with some of my own. They fit perfectly, but I am dissatisfied with my purchase! Having to stop in the middle of a project to go to the hardware store is a real pain. You shouldn't have to, especially when it's not necessary.
