Yes. They're 1/2" diameter hitch pins, which are standard in the industry. Only the plating job distinguishes these from the Reese (58053). Curt's is yellow zinc plated, while Reese's is silver.
In the quantity 1 package, there are four pins and clips. I had the same problem and had to order qty 4 because of it. I got 16 pins and clips in the mail.
