Stromberg Carlson 0140.0996 BA-100 RV Bumper Hitch Adapter

The bumper hitch I purchased is ideal for the trailer I pull behind my 5th wheel. In order to mount it underneath, I did not have enough space on top of the bumper. This bumper is well constructed, but I painted the bolts and nuts to prevent rust, and I plan on moving it so the bolts are flush against the bumper and permanently attaching a wedge between the bolts and bumper on the opposite side to prevent the bumper from moving.

Blackout bolts are not allowed! I found the welds and paint to be messy. It shows all black hardware as pictured and I ordered it that way. There was no blackout hardware delivered with the order. It had been shipped to me. I called and had them ship it to me again. There is a second one that does not have It is not recommended to order this set if you prefer all blackout parts. If you want all black, you should order another part, since this has only silver hardware. You can save $10 by going with a different part.
