This hitch is also constructed very well. My use of it means it has already taken quite a beating, but despite that, I am not in the least bit harmed by it. I am also pleased with the customer service. I was unable to locate the packet that the post office had placed for me they lost it in their building. The seller and USPS were contacted, and it was found in a locker in a USPS facility. My contact with them took place the same day. I was unable to figure out something from USPS.
