There is only enough coverage for a flat four-pin plug.

I get the feeling that this is a I feel that when I cover the connector, it has a solid hold on the connector and I won't accidentally knock it I would like it if it was a little deeper so that 100% of the pins will be covered

99 is the score. I use dielectric gel about 99% of the time to cover my pins so that they do not corrode.

I noticed that it does not fit all plugs. However, it is a good workaround to keep dirt out of the plug while it is not in use.
