We attempted to reach customer service twice using the methods published on the website, but received only a call back. Although I haven't really given it much thought, I expect it to work well enough, and I'll be able to get it installed. After losing sales in this manner due to lack of support from Curt, I purchased other far more expensive hitch products from a different manufacturer. Losing sales in such a manner from lack of simple support makes one wonder what this company is thinking.

My 2019 Atlas is now adorned with this. This same piece was being offered by a dealer for $89, however. To install this, it took no longer than five minutes.

The device plugs directly into the wall plug, screws on and walks away. It comes in an easy to open, plastic clamshell container. That's how it really should be, and it always should be. It was perfectly aligned with the factory screws, and the factory plug kneaded into place with no issue.

Use this on your 2012 Chevrolet 2500HD. Incorrect electrical connector - it was designed to be hooked up directly to the OEM harness, but did not allow for twist-in installation There were some holes that needed to be drilled.

Unlike the factory wiring in my 2000 Chevy Silverado, it does not pop in and out. To install the bracket, you must drill four holes where the original twists in and snaps to the plate. It's possible to make this work if you do a little.

The manufacturer claims that this product is OEM and simple to install. Yeah, that's why I needed to do it myself In order to fix it, I needed to tap screws and drill holes in my plate. The OEM product requires no screws to install and is much easier to purchase than the generic counterpart.

During the installation of our 2018 Audi Q7, this part was installed. In addition to the trailer package, the Q7 had an automatic transmission. My concern was that I did not know how to install the wiring harness.
