Questions & Answers

There are two answers in your Q & A section, one says the hardware kit does not package the rails while another says that does not apply. Is the answer in your Q & A section correct?

During the entire process of answering these rails questions, I've forgotten to do so. I bought both of them in 2015 as well as the mounting kit for the frame and the hitch that I do not Calling the manufacturer is always the best course of action.

These rails would work with the Spyder 16085 gooseneck, right?

In the event that the plate is a standard plate, then they should do it

Is it possible to use a valley hitch with these?

Looking at photos of valley hitches, it appears that they would work, but I don't have firsthand experience with them.

This would also work with the Eaz Lift 5th wheel, right?

The answer seems to be yes, but it's a good idea to speak with someone who installs these items regularly.

I was able to get all the parts I needed after getting them
4/5

While receiving the kit on time, I realized it was missing the 7 pin connector to complete the installation, as I had started the install and needed it completed by the weekend, so I called Curt direct and they shipped it to me at no charge even though it was on Amazon and not them.

It does not have any hardware
3/5

Rails are installed on your pickup after you buy them. Even the bolts and hardware to install them are not provided. Ordering them is a chore since you have to dig through a mountain of garbage. You can save yourself some trouble by ordering a Reese's.

It was sturdy but we had to get new trails after getting a new tow vehicle
5/5

The old ones had gone There was a great deal of clarity in the institutions regarding bolt placement. The construction and welding of supports was not as easy as it seemed. Due to the fact that this was being installed on a flatbed instead of a regular truck bed, we couldn't just bolt this to the frame and A 14,000 lb trailer is towing 2000 miles away, and everything is going smoothly.

This heavy duty product fits and is sturdy
5/5

I was able to watch YouTube videos on my 2016 Ford F250 5. Bed with a 5 ft height. A hole was only drilled through the mattress. We installed a sliding 5th wheel hitch from reese. I love how it fits.

The hitch rails are of good quality! I was able to install without any problems
5/5

If you decide to get the vehicle-specific frame mount kit, I recommend it. Installed a new hitch rail after the prior owner's installation was poor and unsafe. My first order got damaged by the shipper and was lost in the mail. I purchased a replacement from the seller very fast. I will do business with this seller I appreciate it.

The following is a made in China product There is only one downside to these rails (, and that is the price
5/5

In spite of the fact that these 5th wheel hitch rails are made in China, I am very happy with them. As far as installing the bed was concerned, it was very easy – other than tightening the nuts onto the bolts. It was a little challenging to reach some of them, but it's not really the fault of the product, just the way it is when you place something between the frame rails and the All the holes were milled or drilled carefully and lined up at the appropriate places. In the event the rails weren't installed, the B&Os would have to be relocated In an impressively snug fit, the Patriot hitch was able to be mounted right away.

I fitted my B&W slider just fine and the rails are standard
4/5

You don't get hardware with the slider, so that's a disadvantage. The rails on my track are standard, as is my B&W I have no problems using the sliders. You won't get any hardware with it. As long as you have the right curt vehicle mounting brackets, you should have no trouble mounting a fifth wheel in just a few hours. I don't know how to do it and I have only badic tools, so anyone should be able to do it.

We have not used the fifth wheel yet, but it is a good product without the B&W price tag
5/5

However, I purchased the gooseneck adapter, and I have been towing 16000 pounds on it for over 700 miles with no issues.
