The installation can be done by a single person in about 4 hours if you have the right tools. Following directions is possible if you are capable of doing so. I've had no problems with it on my Ford F250 2016. When we drove from Alaska to Oklahoma we had no issues with our 5th wheel. It is equipped with a power puck system, which means if you want a flat bed again, you can remove the hitch. I love it!.

An old cardboard box full of metal parts served as a makeshift box. I assume that it must be some kind of kit, but the wrapper does not bear the Reese's logo. I don't know what to do. A lot of parts in a box. wish to get a higher rating, please contact me with instructions so that I can put it together and see if it is what it claims to be.

Getting this installed on a 2014 Ford F250 Super Duty Lariat FX4 was not difficult. As a result of the R/H upper shock mount bracket interfering with the fitting of the forward base rail, the whole assembly is moved aft about 1/4. The 4 pucks do not line up with the 2 3/4" holes drilled into the bed per the instructions so hence all 4 pucks are jammed against the holes. If you plan to install this on this model truck, I would suggest moving the hole cutout back 1/4". I forgot to mention one more thing in the instruction. Do not forget to remove the heat shield that is stuck to the underside of the floor bed, or the mattress will bulge up above the The only issue I have with this mounting kit is fitment, but other than that, I have found it to be very solid, and I have no doubt that this is a quality mount and am confident it will last.
