Questions & Answers

Is the adapter included along with the base rails, or are the base rails excluded?

Adapter rails refer to the four rails that make up the adapter, if I'm not mistaken. Based on what I already had mounted on my truck bed, it was from a previous hitch of a different brand.

The picture shows 3 sets of rails. Does this car come with each set of rails?

The only component included with the brackets (4 pieces) is the adaptor for mounting on my truck bed rails. Three inches will be added to the height of your hitch A further 4 inches are also included.

Currently, I am driving a 2006 Ram 1500 6-speed It is half a foot wide. Am I supposed to use this adaptor with my bed? Is my sg hitch capable of being mounted to the bed rails without drilling into them?

A large part of the new Dodge is its bed. It was not possible to attach the hitch to my truck because it had the built-in attachment for a hitch, therefore the adapter was needed to raise the king pin so it could be used. The rail can be directly attached to the rail if there is no clearance required. The 2016 Ram 2500 four-wheel drive is a four-door model.

Can anyone who has used this setup on a 2018 GM with the factory prep system tell me if the height is sufficient? Thank you so much. ?

This has worked well with a 2018 GMC Sierra HD 2500 Denali, while part 4444 by Pullrite also worked. In addition to making adjustments to your fifth wheel itself, you can adjust your kingpin box also.

installed on my A Pullrite 2336 ISR rail kit was used for its mounting. I ended up purchasing a Pullrite 2700 ISR hitch, however, which is actually an inch lower in height off the bed than if I had purchased a new one. As far as I can tell, the newest Pullrite ISR hitches are taller than the older ones These are the ones that are in the ISR. When used to tow a 15K fifth wheel, the rail adapter worked great, no issues, no noticeable slop, or any banging.

A perfect fit for the adapter. It was not possible to connect the adapter to the wall plug because there were no nuts on the adapter. Pullrite provided the nuts and pins to connect this adapter to an adapter to truck puck system after I contacted them. It has been a pleasure working with Pullrite. The trailer has not yet been pulled.

I installed it inside my 2021 Ram with the Reese RP 30154 and 4100 Superglide removed from the 2010 Ram and installed in the new one.

While I am not sure what other people are complaining about, I found that my rails fit correctly and the seller was quick to deliver. Sometimes you need to adjust the base rails in your truck by loosening the mount bolts until the adapter drops in, then tighten Due to the close tolerances on both parts, no matter how slight the misalignment, the parts will not drop in place. I just thought I'd mention it.

I am very pleased with the product. Our four-day drive to Florida was ruined by the box being half open, not all bolts were there and UPS delivering it four days late caused us to miss our entire.
