As described, it works right out of the box. There's nothing fancy about it, but it will keep my hitch rack from vanishing in an unknown In the kit, you will find both diameters, but many receivers are going to use the thicker one. You will find two keys and a lock cover in the package. The text of a book Despite its slim size, the whole thing fits well, has an easy key hole, and positive locking confirmation (push button).

As of now, my vanity hitch cover and my weight distribution hitch works very well together

In addition to the rubber cover on the lock, the lock portion is also well sealed against moisture and dirt. There is one complaint I would make, if I had to, and that is that the bulkiness of the locking mechanism makes it difficult to attach the trailer chains to the hitch, though this can still be accomplished. A RECENT UPDATE It's been 7 months since I bought this hitch pin lock, and I regret to inform you that it does not live up to reasonable expectations. The lock structure of my car failed after 11 days of beach weather in SC/FL (see attached photo). The rust and corrosion caused it to break. Because of all the internal corrosion, I was unable to remove the lock with a key. WD-I gave it a good shot It took me some time to use the key to unlock the lock, but after leaving it for a while, I was able to. It is shaped like a keyhole. The problem is that it doesn't appear to be made of high quality The quality of the corrosion resisting materials It is a material that resists heat. It would be better for me to choose something with better quality instead of something cheaper We only want to use materials that will last for years, at least. There is nothing I hate worse than carrying WD-type products around with me In case it happens again, I will have 40 gallons of oil in my truck.

I'm sure a hammer could fight it but most thieves are trying to stay silent these days. This hitch works well with my 2" ARB hitch and I like the way it looks.
