These USB interior lamps by Nilight came along soon after. It took me less than 10 minutes to install these into my Subaru, and the light they put out is much better than the single color LEDs in the OEM kit. Depending on your preference, the single color steady lights can be very bright or can be a low glow, ideal for off-roading Even though this dancing music setting is neat and looks like a lot of fun, I likely won't use it unless I want to hang out.

So far, it has been exactly what I wanted, and I am happy with my Installing it was pretty easy, you just had to decide where it was going to be. decided to place them beneath the front and on the side of the seats by the door, and I think the atmosphere is nice. As a starting point I had trouble with the remote, it wouldn't respond to anything, so I had to leave it on the default setting until I was able to replace the battery and see if it The red light did match the rest of my color scheme, but I had to deal with the blinking and changing lights before I could put it on to match my decor. It was actually fun and surprising to deal with the blinking and changing lights at first. While driving, it felt like I was having a rave in my car, and I would miss that kind of experience. Upon first glance, there is only one drawback the unit needs to be plugged into your radio's USB port, and there is also a small box that needs to remain nearby, so it looks messy like there are stray wires hanging out of it. A nice piece of tape or a wire clip might make it look more discrete.

I bought them to add some light inside my truck at night. They do exactly what they are meant to do. It is not overly distracting while driving at night to have the lights on. Red light is what I went for since my truck has a red color. However, the red is a lot dimmer than the other colors, and the control box has a memory function so when you get in your vehicle after turning it off, the same color you had previously turns on. Overall, a solid, easy upgrade for your auto lighting.

The product is really good. I installed it in a 2001 Tahoe and there was enough wire to run to the rear and front I decided I wanted to hide the control box on my dash, so I took it It was easy to find a spot to place them and to run the power cable into my radio's USB port. Now the leds can be hidden and will light up when the It was important that I hung the IRC cable out of the dashboard so that I could change the colors of the LEDs. All done! It was an absolute piece of cake. I drove for a month with those strips attached perfectly and they never fell off. It is the right amount of light inside that sets the mood--not too bright and blinding but bright enough to create an atmosphere. The one I installed was on an 07 Chevrolet It was a good purchase and I would recommend it.
