Tow dolly lights that are in working order. The connectors on our Master Tow dolly's built-in lights easily pop apart. This set was purchased in the hopes of finding a more durable solution, and it proved to be exactly that. They returned home patched and still working after a three-month, 4350-mile journey that included numerous disconnects/reconnects, bumps/bounces, and wire mishaps. There was never a problem with the magnets not holding. If you care about the vehicle's finish, however, it's critical to consider wire routing. A flailing wire mars the clear coat in a matter of seconds. Given a clear rear window, it has been suggested that mounting them on the platform in front of the rear window and carefully routing the wires out the front door, then under the hood, across a patch of gorilla duct tape as appropriate to avoid contact with the finish, is the best solution.

br>It's incredibly simple to put on. A lot of wire - The extra had to be wrapped around the mirror. Even on some pretty bumpy backroads leading to the campsite, the lights stayed in place, which was nice. bright. I'd buy from you again in a heartbeat.

My fault for not reading the description carefully enough; however, one would expect enough distance between lights to do the job. I have a 4-foot-wide trailer and wanted to transport a large item. I couldn't use these lights because the distance between them was insufficient to support my weight. I took them to a place that wires radios, speakers, and other electronic devices, and they were lengthened by 12 feet. I now have enough wire to go from left to right without running out. I didn't measure the distance between the lights, but they couldn't have been more than 4 feet apart. It is possible that I am incorrect. However, there is undoubtedly insufficient space to accommodate special towing equipment.

These LED lights were extremely bright, and they were simple to install and operate. Ours, on the other hand, didn't last a single trip. The magnets are simply too weak to be used on the highway. At 50 miles per hour, I passed out while driving to get our motorhome. 55 mph on the highway, then 55 mph again. br>br>Would be ideal for short trips around town, but ours is completely useless because one side has fallen off and is dragging down the highway. br>br>Cannot return due to the fact that it is two days past the return period. If magnets are to be used on highways, they must be more powerful. br>br>Recent changes: br>br> I got a hold of the vendor. Despite the fact that we had a problem with our order, CZC Auto was extremely responsive in finding a solution. These lights appear to have better magnets than the ones we had to buy at Walmart and install inside the vehicle. I'd buy it again, but this time I'd put it in the back window to keep it from falling off and damaging the vehicle's paint.

Prime 1 was delivered the next day. Day. That is wonderful. The lighting is extremely bright and pleasant. I have two small trailers that are parked outside and are rarely used. As a result, it seemed like every time I needed one, I was fiddling with the wires to get the lights to turn on. I SHOULD HAVE PURCHASED THESE YEARS AHEAD OF TIME! I'm no longer concerned about rusted wires that have been chewed up. The magnets are powerful, but they won't stick to the flimsy fenders of a Harbor freight trailer. ) As a result, I'm using them as a support on the frame directly in front of the old light, which seems to be the best solution.

Other reviews claimed the magnets might not be strong enough to hold at towing speeds, but I like the LEDs because of their low current draw, brightness, and quick response to brake and turn signal inputs. To be safe, I made safety straps out of cloth tape and attached them to the luggage racks with snaps. The main cable from the lights to the back of the Motor Home is long enough, but it may be too short for a tight turn in a campground, so I bought a short extension. I also purchased a trailer plug with two outputs (one 4 pin and one 5 pin), one for the Dolly and the other for the magnetic tow lights, eliminating the need for splicing. (The fifth pin is for backup lights and should not be used when towing. ) I also labeled the light bases with "Driver Side" labels. to avoid any confusion when hooking up, and "Passenger Side" to avoid any confusion when hooking up.

I needed to replace the plug on the lights, so I used mine. There was no right turn signal, and after checking my vehicle's wiring harness, it was discovered that the plug on the lights was the problem. br>I now have a right turn signal after spending the time to connect the "extra" plug. Also, because they aren't very aerodynamic, they were being pushed backwards on the towed vehicle on my practice tow with the vehicle they were on, and I'm sure they would've blown off. As a result, I had to make a stand for them to sit on inside the towed vehicle. br>The lights were bright and worked well once all of my problems were resolved, but I would not purchase them again.

These lights are fantastic; they're bright and have all of the necessary signaling features. br>They are described as having strong magnets and being simple to install and place on a metal surface. They fell off my camper bumper several times the first time I used them. The front and back covers of the right light had completely vanished, having fallen and dragged somewhere along the highway. Wire tying them to the bumper was necessary to keep them from falling off. There are also photographs included. br>Excellent lights, excellent value; however, the magnets required to keep them on your bumper are not as strong as they should be. Before you embark on your adventure, I recommend double-checking that they are secure.
