As a backup, everyone should have a couple of hitch pins. As soon as they walked in, I found places for all four of them. They were attached to all of my hitch receivers on all of my vehicles, as well as my tractor.
TS2101B Trailer Hitch Pin by TOPSKY Clip is a great product because it feels solid in your hand and the material appears to be of good quality. It fits perfectly in my trailer mount and keeps me safe. It does not appear to be loose or likely to fall out.
My truck hitch couldn't handle these because they were too short. It would have been better if it had been an inch longer.
Receiver size is 5 inches. A look at: **TOPSKY TS2101B Hitch Pin for Trailers *

- With a larger receiver, these pins will not work. My Ram 2500 is equipped with a 2. This pin isn't secure enough to hold the clip to the end of the pin on a 5" receiver.
- I prefer pins with a hole to secure the clip over this type with a narrower section. br>br>The Bottom Line:br>Even though these pins don't work in my 2. Despite the fact that they advertise that they will work with "most 2 inch receivers," I am still giving these five stars. The shorter pin length is actually very nice when using these pins in a 2" receiver or for most hitch assemblies, as it has less slack to slide around and doesn't stick out quite as far. Overall, I like these pins a lot, and I'm glad I have a few spares in my truck or with my tractor hitch setup. The 4-pack costs $16. This is a fantastic deal for a pack.
I needed a new pin for my hitch extender, so I bought these. This was packaged in a four-pack and appears to be of excellent quality. They were the perfect fit for my 2" receiver and lasted a long time. The finish is nice, and the retaining clip is snug and well-fitting. Because I ordered four, I now have a few extra in case of an emergency. I'm very pleased with these.
The workmanship is excellent, the product is heavy, the operation is simple and straightforward, and the entire process can be completed in three or four movements. The pins are strong enough to give me peace of mind once they're in place. I really like black because it's cool and doesn't rust easily.
