Although the installation of the front body panels requires dismantling and removing them from the car to gain access for installation, it did work perfectly. You will not be able to finish this installation quickly. Blue Ox has not been affected by any of this. Having a Smart Car means that the vehicle is designed to do this. There is some drilling to be done. Only once assembled and coupled with appropriate tow bar are I of the opinion that this is the best tow assembly on the market for any vehicle.

Thank you. Good delivery time. Please put the nuts on the rods inside the side plates and bolt it to the frame before gluing them. I spent about seven hours installing it. The instructions were clear for the most part.

I found the instructions to be poor and there were a shortage of parts, but the hardware and hooks were great- It tows fine and is up and running.
