In order to submit this, 18 words were needed. An issue with a hitch is not very interesting. No problems occurred when it was inserted into the hole.
Many people are prompted to invest in a hitch tightener to try to control the banging and rattling that this allows.
There is probably only one reason why the price of this hitch has been reduced, and it's because the Amazon photo does not show the pin hole, but In order to illustrate that it indeed has the pin hole to hold it in the sleeve, I've added this picture. (With a knife or anything sharp, you just need to punch. -) through the outside wrapping of the bar with all those writings The price I paid for it was 34% less than what it usually sells for, so I'm glad it probably sold slower than others. Moreover, we are aware of Reese's reputation for quality towing accessories!.
Despite the fact that they come assembled, they still hold up well and I've had no issues with them. I like the fact that the nut that holds the ball to the hitch doesn't need to be removed.
If a hitch pin had been included, I would have easily given it 5 stars. A hitch pin was described in the description of the product, but it would have been helpful to include one. It might as well be just a pretty boat anchor as it is. Basically, since the hitch itself is quite durable, once it is securely inserted into its' mating receiver bolted to my truck, I would have no concerns that it will perform as indicated. Fit and finish are good. It has a very firm and firm feel to it. It would not be impossible for me to pull the 6000 lb rating. This quality hitch will be a great addition to any vehicle. In the case that you already own a pin, I highly recommend this hitch.
I bought this one because it was a few dollars cheaper than the last one I bought, and it's just When they were discovered inside, however, they were shocked. Rather than the slot at the end of the pin, I prefer the ones with holes. Yet all of them seem to have been made like that Although there is probably no problem with it as it is, I will drill a hole in it.
A hitch isn't that complicated of a device, and this one does the job just fine. I thought I was experiencing some serious problem with the car for a second when I first heard this noise, but it was just a minor inconvenience. I'm not sure why it does this, but it makes a lot of noise and rocks up and down a lot. In a pinch, I shimmed the gap with a couple of thicknesses of metal gutter material folded over on itself. Even so, you're better off with a different setting.
