There is no way to take the triathlon Having the lock pin locking the hitch to the truck is enough to protect pins and cotter keys, but if you don't have one, they can steal it if you do not have the pin.
A hitch with a gross towing weight of 14,500 lbs will tow your vehicle. I firmly believe that this hitch is the best hitch I've ever owned or used. I was especially impressed with the fit and finish. You should use a weight distribution hitch with sway control bars when towing a large travel trailer
A 2" shank will be needed this one is a 2 1/2" and will not work.
In short, yes. It will work just fine with a standard 5/8" locking pin.

The Tow & Go I have is one of these The hitches on my Jeep have a lot more drop and rise while the one on my 2002 F250 Super Duty only needs 5" drop. In addition to A model of this kind has five components, according to W The 2-1/2" rise is the correct amount instead of the 4-1/2" According to the Amazon description, this item measures half an inch. For me, the 2 was the best option An alternative is to use a square tube spacer instead of a 1/2" receiver model. This is the only brand I'll buy and I consider them to be the best in the industry. A Trimax hitch lock showed in the attached photos has been added as well. 16mm stainless steel washers on the end opposite the lock are meant to reduce the chance that a pry bar will be used to damage it. The B & O's I'm using are two I was going to use silencer pads to reduce noise, but I'm not sure if The bottom line is that you'll never regret purchasing a B&B Until now, I have hitched on that. It won't be stolen unless it gets lost!.
The three R clips used to hold the three removable pins don't quite live up to my expectations. BW gets almost five stars all the way except the three R clips. There is always a shortage of them, so I have to buy more. Since I do not want to lose the expensive pins, I keep a bag of clips in my truck. A way around the clips needs to be figured out by BW. In spite of the clip issues, this is the best hitch you can buy. It's easy to use and well constructed, and there's pride in manufacturing it.
There's been a problem with Amazon since they sent the wrong item to me. The one that has three balls and two is what I bought. A 5 inch shank is used. It came with two balls and a 2 inch shank, but it was not the same item as the one I ordered on Amazon. 2. I have a 2 on my report card. I purchased an adapter from an auto part store and kept it despite the fact that it was only a 5 inch receiver. Your thoughts? This item is very heavy and I didn't want to go through the hassle of returning it. Despite this, Amazon loses one star for not sending me what I ordered, even the part number is different, I am guessing someone else received the piece that I bought from them. As an aside, having worked with Amazon for several years, I can say that this type of failure is extremely rare.
The use of the product is commercial. The majority of time I tow with 5th wheel, but I also need all three balls at the same time, and this allows me to do that. In spite of the fact that it's rated at a 5" drop, the drop doesn't seem as significant as I expected it to be. It is not an issue, but I would need to get a 7" drop version if I wanted it to be more low, so it was the right choice. Have only been using it for a couple of months, so the only concern I have is the I am not sure if the pins will eventually wear out or if the holes will progressively enlarge over time. The only way to find out is to wait and see. It has so far been a great experience.
I'm certain I won't hear a rattle, but I will find out in time since I just installed this 15 minutes As long as I keep the pad, I won't be upset that it costs 8 dollars an article in here about someone who got an Ethernet cable and built his own lock pin instead of using the cotter pin that came with it, The cable I bought at Home Depot is Everbuilt 3/32 ferrules and 1/16 coated cable, but I already own a Swag tool to crimp them so please be sure to get the right swag crimper if you plan to make this cable. Please take note At the lowest point of the hitch, the distance from the ground to the point of the hitch is 11", and they recommend six inches As I have a higher rake on my truck, your mileage may vary.
A scratch or a bang is no match for this paint. Since all the pins are so precisely manufactured, there is almost no play in the hitch, which is not the case with This game has incorporated anti-spyware features that I love Features designed to prevent theft. It is a total confidence boost to be able to tow a skidloader on As well as supporting a company based in the U. S. It's quite likely that you are already thinking about getting it when you read this review. I promise you, you won't be disappointed if you pull the trigger.
It has a 5" hitch and can be folded. In Heavy Duty 2, the weaponry has improved. A 5" shank hitch is installed on most HD trucks as part of the towing package. receive a higher rating for quality than anything else offered on Amazon, its fit and finish is exceptional (plus it can fold for a more compact The stowing of it looks pretty sexy as well. Our towing process was 5,000 lbs. and we towed it with a double axle Through the Cascades and Rockies on an axle trailer - 1,300 miles Nothing to worry about. It is important to note that this hitch is only as strong as the vehicle it is attached to.
OK, so I learned my lesson here. This is my second of these truck beasts. The first one had a pin that stopped being tight after three trucks, which is not the fault of the product. The grease would probably have saved me from purchasing a new one had I greased the pins. In other words, if you spend a few minutes giving the beast some love, you might be able to save our five last The new one I bought is a better one and I've taken better care of it this time around. I checked, and they offered a 3 inch, but I didn't find one. Tip Get the right size for your receiver. In my case, I needed a 3 inch, but I settled for a 2 1/2 inch.
The product came in quickly as usual with Amazon, I saved a few dollars buying it as an open box. The truth is, if you are in the market for a heavy-duty hitch, then this one is perfect! As a trailer owner with a wide variety of trailers with different heights and weights, I enjoy the height versatility. All of them are covered here. While I have not really used the stow-away feature, it is nice to be able to flip it under so your shin doesn't get knocked by the hitch when it is have found it to be very useful on my 2500 Sierra.
