Black is not the only color allowed.
Hello, that would be the maximum Keith, thanks for your response
The 5600# range is more suitable to me because my 23' Cobalt carries the weight without any issue.
There was no problem putting it on my spool for the 21' pontoon boat even though I don't know the thickness of the rope

This is a simple, easy-to-change out product. Getting the old one off the winch proved to be the most difficult due to a bent crossbolt. To ensure the new web rolls tightly on the spool, you need another person to keep tension on it as you crank it on. Several alternatives exist The inside walls of the spool should be coated in silicone lube. The new strap is attached with a crossbolt. It is then pulled through the full 20 feet from winch straight forward. Using the winch hook, attach the trailer to an immovable object (tree, car trailer hitch, etc. ) and crank the winch, spooling the straps on as you pull the trailer slowly towards the object. As you crank the handle, attach the strap with the crossbolt and slowly feed the strap onto the spool. As soon as the spool is loaded but loose, attach the strap hook to the bow eye of the boat and slowly crank it until it is snug. When you turn the strap several times, the coils will tighten from the inside out and the strap will be nice and snug. It helps to have silicone on the spool.
There is no downside to this deal, works as it should. The company also adds reflective tape to the 'end of the rope' as an added advantage. This is too long of an extension for your boat. When the alert goes out, you will get a notification.
There is a thinner material used for the strap than in a typical seat belt. There is currently no way for me to test that it can handle 4600 pounds, but that will get replaced with something more substantial.
Trying to make a waverunner here, also the hook eyelet is a little smaller than most. It will probably work, but sometimes you have to look at your boat's anchor to make it work. One of my winch gears snagged and ate it, because I had not wound the rope enough and it had actually harassed the fibers quite a bit. The material is thin, thinner than a seat belt.
A 25 ft pontoon boat with a winch is being used.
I received the strap in a reasonable amount of time and it was exactly how I expected it to be. There is no doubt that it is durable and should last for a while.
The strap I purchased pulls my 226 Cobalt trailer well. It is a good price for the quality.
