Do you know if the mount will work with 2006 Polaris sportsman 500 ho/EFI?

No issues or problems with the mount as I used it on two 2006 Sportsman 500 HO/EFIs.

How about a 2007 sportsman 500 HO? Will this mount fit? In the past few years, it has rained every year but my own. ?

For my 2006 450, it fitted just fine. Plenty of mounting holes make it suitable for different settings.

I have a Polaris sportsman 500 from 2006. This kit worked perfectly. A Superwinch 1130220 LT3000ATV 12 VDC winch 3,000 lbs/1360 kg that I recently purchased does not work with the bracket that comes with it. It took a lot of research for me to realize that this one works. Okay, it worked like a charm! It doesn't make sense to me to say that setting up a winch on a Polaris is difficult, but this is a must-have if you want an.

I am sure Polaris could have made a better mount if it had come from them

The mount was purchased for my 2010 Polaris Sportsman 500 HO, and it was a perfect fit. It felt like they were meant to be together when I paired it up with a Superwinch Terra 35. Actually, the mounting bracket includes directions for winch installation that are far more specific to your vehicle than the ones that come with the winch. I had no problems installing it and it looks good too. My recommendation for this product is high.

The problem is. It needs to be modified. There were no problems with the winch holes attaching to the winch itself, but the roller fairlead bolts were too large for the mounting bracket, so holes had to be drilled out to A front storage box hits and top of mounting bracket and will not return to its original position regardless of how it is positioned. I managed to get the storage box back on, but to get the front bolts back in it I had to stand on In addition, the front storage box sits higher than the front grill, causing the garage door to close improperly. Using this product on my 2005 Polaris Sportsman 700EFI has been a real pleasure. I guess it's worth it for the money, but, as they say, you get what you pay for most of the time. That's all I have for now.

The Polaris Sportsman 500 H is a 2005 model

This is the perfect fit. This winch mount is very well made. It takes no drilling or fabrication to get the perfect fit. There is all the hardware you need. I was able to mount the winch in a very short time due to the clear instructions. The winch works well, even with a cheaper "off brand".

Added a 3000lb Warn winch and multiple synthetic winch ropes from Tactical Recovery Equipment, along with Safety Thimble 1 from a safety system. I am very pleased with the fit and the function of everything!.
