Almost certainly the original author of the Amazon post forgot to include 2016 in the post or at the time of the post it wasn't known whether the 2016 Crew models worked with the 101345 we would have no way of knowing since we didn't create the original post. This mount works flawlessly on my Polaris Ranger 900 XP EPS, I bought it in January 2019, and it is the best mount I've ever used. It doesn't have any flaws in hardware, and neither does the mount have any missing parts or defects. In use for a couple of months, I have ploughed hard and I have wonched timber with it, and structurally it is doing a great job. Simple to install, remove 4 bolts on the brush guard, attach the mount to your winch with the included bolts, attach your brush guard back on top, attach the appropriate face plate for your vehicle (which is universal), and you're On the KFI web site, you may find additional materials needed to repair different winches by brand. The Amazon seller I used also offered a specific roller that was needed for mine. It was a very pleasant experience overall.
Providing installation instructions for the mount only and not for the winch should be the only requirement. With all the unnecessary steps, it makes the install a bit confusing. The 570 full size (xp) is well made and easily fits into the box.
