The table is on its own. You must purchase the rieles separately.
My own was as follows: 30,000 LB Tongue Weight / 7,500 LB Tongue Weight Ball is 5/16 inch in diameter with a 2 inch forward or back offset. The pins for installation were included with the package. It performs admirably.
So long as you have a pre-existing relationship, you're good to go. 5th was installed. It should drop right in and attach to the 4 hitch pins that come with it if you have wheel bed rails already installed in your truck's bed (as shown in the picture). The gooseneck plate should be easy to install in your truck's bed. Mine is a perfect fit and performs admirably.
If you already have or need to install the across-the-bed rails (side-to-side) 5th wheel rails, this product will fit on top of them.

BUY ! Despite the fact that I've only used it once since purchasing it, it's everything I could have hoped for. Simply by shifting my fifth wheel, I can now tow a Gooseneck trailer. To connect to a gooseneck trailer, I moved the wheel hitch out of the way (yes, it fits nicely beneath a fifth wheel). It's made of heavy steel, and the hitch ball is fully welded and extra-strengthened, unlike some others I saw while shopping for this item. Thank you for putting this together so quickly and for such a low price.
We purchased a truck with a fifth wheel hitch but no gooseneck, which we needed because we have several gooseneck trailers. Until the salesman mentioned it, I had no idea this was a possibility. I did some research and decided to give it a shot because it was significantly less expensive, which I'm glad I did. The only issue was getting it to work. br>br> It was off by a smidgeon, and neither piece was willing to give any wiggle room. After reading some other reviews, I decided to use a grinder on it, but I only took a small amount off each time, so it took me about 30 minutes total. Just getting it to fit took 45 minutes. We haven't had any problems since I got it to fit, though. br>br>Very sturdy, solid, and simple to use product. br>br>Be aware that it raises the ball a few inches above the bed, so be prepared. If your truck has been lifted, a traditional ball might be a good option.
When pulling the load and making curves, you can hear the plate move a little as the weight of the trailer shifts. Between the rails and the hitch, there must be some slack.
I tow a 6000-pound goose dump trailer, which I use to transport 6 tons. Does a fantastic job. No issues.
I've got two of these, and they're fantastic. The beauty of these is that I can use them to mount my 5th wheel hitch when towing campers and trailers with goosenecks and 5th wheel attachments. My only complaint is the lack of a chain hooking system. But. They're simple to put together and are made by the same company.
My curtis box rails are bolted together. Better chain hooks would be preferable, but the price is too good to pass up.
In my 2021 Chevrolet 3500 short bed, I installed the puck system and purchased the slider 5th wheel hitch adapter from Curt. I already own a gooseneck flatbed trailer, so I bought this to pull it. Unlike the much heavier slider, this one is very sturdy and much easier to install and remove.
