Ford Genuine 4L3Z-15022A69-AA Cowl Grille

Since purchasing the cowl, I've been traveling and leaving my truck parked in the driveway while I'm gone, so I've changed my review from 5 to 1 star. It is exposed to the sun for 7 hours each day. The spray nozzle on the driver's side has completely failed and is now useless, spraying more like a water gun towards the center of the windshield instead of the full, wide, even mist that it had started with, and is identical to the new passenger side cowl. br> I requested a return so that I could purchase a new one from them, or at the very least a new nozzle, but I was denied because it had been 108 days since I had purchased it. It's my fault that I've been out of town and haven't driven it on a regular basis, otherwise it would have had a chance to truly disappoint me much sooner than it has. br>br>This product did not last 45 days, as I began to notice its deterioration around that time. A genuine Ford product should last at least ten years, not just 45 days. After 14 years, I decided to replace the original as a reference. br>br> At this point, I'm not sure if it's genuine. br>br> Now I'm curious if the other half of the cowl I bought from them will do the same. BUY FORD PRODUCTS ELSEWHERE. br>br>BUY FORD PRODUCTS ELSEWHERE. br>br> I bought this to replace the original from 2005, and it fits perfectly. I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived because I had no idea that the following items had been included: new windshield spray nozzles, wiper fluid hose/lines, and end pieces are all needed. I received the other side at the same time as this, and they both fit together perfectly, with no gaps.

I don't think it's a genuine Ford part, but the cowling end pieces are molded to the cowl grill, which I liked. My Ford dealer informed me that I would have to purchase the entire cowl grill assembly, including the left and right cowl grills, as well as both cowl grill end pieces. $160. The round hole attachment rubber fastener at the end of the cowl grill was not included in this part, nor was a new washer fluid hose, so I just used my old ones on the truck. Although it is expensive to purchase, it appears to be in good condition.

It was exactly what I needed, and it arrived promptly. The quality of the packaging was excellent. If you want the entire cowling, make sure to order both sides.

It's a perfect match for the truck. It took about ten minutes to set up. It could have been less if the wipers hadn't been behaving so badly.

Supercrew 5, with 150 members 4 liter. Installing it was a breeze. New end pieces were included in the package. My only gripe is that it didn't come with the plastic push pins, which I had to purchase separately from Ford; however, it looks fantastic!.

It was simple to put in place. The only suggestion I have is that they include the small plastic push retaining pin for the end. When I took it out, I misplaced the previous one. The cowling appears to be in good condition, and I now have working windshield washers.
