Hello, I'm sorry to tell you that this part will not fit your vehicle, and we don't have one on hand.
No idea. On a 2012 Chevy Silverado 2500, it's already installed. It was exactly what I needed.

This unit was ordered to replace the one that came with our 2006 GMC 3500 Sierra. The original system included a secondary safety latch, which was prone to malfunction - This new unit is sturdily built, with all holes and flanges aligning properly with the original hoist, causing much frustration when removing the tire. br>br>Also - I hope I never need to buy another one, but if I do, this is the unit I will look for.
This is a common issue. br>Placed an order for a replacement without the secondary latch. It was installed in 10 minutes (after removing the old unit) and is in perfect working order. I won't have to fight to get the spare tire out the next time I get a flat tire.
My pickup truck is a 1983 Chevy K10. The weld nut that kept the last reel in place has long since vanished. I believe this reel would have mounted perfectly if it had been there. I designed and built my own mount for this project. It appears to be well constructed, and my spare tire remains as tight as the day I installed it.
It is simple to put together. This is something that the majority of people are capable of doing on their own. It appears that the unit is well constructed. It lacks the secondary safety lock found on OEM models, as previously stated. You can order the lock from a local dealer if you want it. An OEM should cost around $200 plus shipping if purchased online.
1 has been updated. There's no need to worry about a jammed lock. This is the updated version of the tire hoist; it no longer has the lock that always sticks open, preventing the tire from being lowered; it still works perfectly, but you still have to go under the truck to remove the tire from the hoist; it's a terrible system.
This was a simple installation for my 2004 Silverado 2500HD with a factory-installed 2" lift and the RPO code (HVY).
This hoist appears to be well-made and is a perfect fit for my truck. There are no issues to report, and I've been checking for 3 weeks to see if any loosening, unwinding, or stretching has occurred - there hasn't been any. still neatly tucked away beneath the bed br>br>**This hoist is designed specifically for HD wheels with a larger bore**.
