A 33x12 lens could be mounted on it. I was able to mount 5 just fine, but it was configured differently than how it was supposed to be. My carriage bolt was only about one inch long, which definitely indicates you should get a longer one. My tire sticks out by 5 inches, but I think you could work it if you were a little more creative

There are two issues with the parts provided by this mount. It is sufficiently sturdy to hold an eight lug tire on my 89 GMC C2500. It is likely that you will have to dig through your nuts and bolts, or make a trip to the hardware store if you want this mount to The following tips will help you with The bolt may have to be threaded through one of the lug holes if the opening in the wheel center is too large for the provided retainer plate. Before you start drilling holes, verify the location of the spare post before you drill any holes. This is because drilling a lug hole to secure a spare will make the post mount in the wrong place.
The problem is not only that they provided a carriage bolt that is too short, they've been aware for some time and have not taken steps to correct the problem. This product would have received 5 stars if it weren't for the above issue. Because of this, I cut my installation short and ran out to a hardware store to buy a 2" carriage bolt. After reading the reviews, I noticed that this is an ongoing issue that they are doing nothing to address. It costs me gas and time to drive, therefore I give it a 2 star.
While I have not had the opportunity to test it in my truck bed, I gave it 5 out of 5 stars. In my truck, the bed is a short one, so I didn't have enough space between the head of the bed and the wheel well to mount the tire. Since I had never used it before, I was able to see that it is a quality product and that it should have worked as it was intended to if my situation differed.
I love it and the tire is out of my way yet can still be accessed when I need it. It is much easier than laying on the ground to retrieve a tire, especially when the original mount is rusted.
It took my son and me less than ten minutes to install it!.
I've never seen a deal like this, so easy to install.
Be sure to pay attention to those measurements. This is not a common tire size for truck tires. It was a good bed figment for the bracket. Now that I have seen it, I wish I would have made it myself.
The customer service department was excellent to work with and immediately fixed the issue. The product is very sturdy and easy to install, but other than that, it's very good.
