Questions & Answers

What is the fit of this plow for the 48" warn atv plow?

There will be plenty of them sold in my garage, I just cut off one foot from my 48 inch plow so you will need to drill holes to fit it onto your plow. I used it in December for one day and it worked great, especially in slushy conditions.

When it comes to its width, what is it?

A width of 6 inches is used. I really like it.

Does anyone know why this will not fit a 50 inch despite the description claiming it fits a 54 inch?

A 54 can also be taken away, but it doesn't mention an amount of 50. The item can be taken away as well, so it is not impossible.

What do you think about this fitting a 72" ?

A 60-inch blade is included in this purchase.

It is called a blade flap
5/5

It has taken me a long time to complete this. I think it's 1999-2001 for a Kodiak or Bruin, so to help the next guy who has an older model, I'll say that. The year is 2004, but it Below are the parts you will need to mount a plow to your bicycle

Superwinch 2202855 Mount Kit - 22" 36" In order to ride the Roller Fairlead, you will need to buy one. An instruction manual is not included in this kit. If you want to use the Superwinch Mount Kit, there is one which comes with the winch, but you will need to cut the holes because they do not line up correctly with the winch's mounting holes. Having to deal with this part of the installation is the worst part. Grab a hammer and bring a bunch of people to the hospital. The hole for the mount is difficult to align with the frame and push bar of the ATV. A very tight fit is required to slide the mount over the frame mount, then the bumper bar attaches to the mount to the frame using the A Warn 62100 Plow Base has been issued. This is the one that needs to be used, as the newer plow bases are too wide for the bike.

Warn 64670 Yamaha ATV Plow Mounting Kit - Black - $22. 98 -
You will need to mount it to the bike separately. I mounted mine within This WARN Cyclone Angled Plow Blade fits ATVs with Cyclones - type 68200 As much as I was able, I did the 60" blade on the bike in order to get the largest cut and funnel the snow from the bike.

Warn 67870 ATV Plow Blade Control Flap - 2" x 5" The purpose of this is to keep as much snow off of me as possible. There was no way to accept this on the blade. I was able to drill the blade and install the rubber in less than ten minutes since the mounting hardware is included. 69212 Cyclone Blade Premium Skids - We recommend using these skids. This is what I ordered extra of. As part of the blade, there is a pair of gloves. I chose a 2000 pound winch because these drag on the road and I am concerned that they will wear out with the weight of the blade resting on them, then dragging the asphalt. This is not something I can comment on. You can use a winch to raise and lower the blade a few inches if you only use it to lift and lower it. It is a really simple process to install the winch. I found pulling off the bike's tupperware to route the wires out of sight to be the most frustrating part of this. I hope It will come in handy when installing the winch mount, so good luck to you.

It must have the following features The Provantage 60" Straight Plow Blade is used for this product
4/5

It's a lot of money to spend on a strip of rubber, but it's totally worth it when the snow is fluffy and is threatening to fly up your nose. A star was taken away for the price and the fact you were not given washers to place under the bolt heads and on top of the rubber flap when you installed The bolts were pulling through the rubber flap when I noticed it after just a season, so I removed them all and added a washer to prevent it from It is possible that Warn engineers could have figured that one out in advance, and made gold plated or at least stainless steel washers as part of the deal.

The installation was very easy and the design is fantastic! It is made of thick rubber, but you will need larger fender washers from the hardware store I would use much larger fender washers - in my opinion, this product is well made and easy to install
5/5

The hardware store at my local has some. quite thick rubber and sturdy, I've walked on it while it was snowing and it didn't fail. The rope has never flinched on obstacles that I've hit with it several times! With this and the metal side flange kit, I turned my blade into a small snow box that I use everyday in the winter. It works like a charm!.

The item is very nice! It looks like my 2018 Polaris 450 Sportsman ho with a Polaris plow didn't match a hole on the snow
4/5

Even so, it was still an easy process In addition to fender washers, I used the washers that came with it rather than the ones it came with.

My WARN 54" plow blade does not fit the holes in the holes
3/5

A few new holes had to be made in the rubber because the previous holes were too small Not a big deal, but I think that a warn blade should come standard with the holes positioned well for their own products. As for performance, it seems to do an adequate job of controlling the snow as intended despite the holes not aligning with the top of the blade. In general, I like this flap for my plow blade and I will keep it there.

The WARN blade flap is located on the plow blade
5/5

Easy to install and simple bolt on solution to my needs. I applied this to the Warn ProVantage 54" snowplow on Instead of trimming the extra 3" on each side to fit per the instructions, I left them sticking out past the blade. Would have preferred if the washers were a little larger around so as to prevent the possibility of pulling There was a slight price difference when we went through. It is possible that I will be able to purchase and install the It may be justified to spend the extra money if this flap lasts for many years.

This Warn flap # 67870 is well constructed
4/5

This cabinet was well made, with all holes sized and spaced correctly, and came with all hardware needed. It is a bit pricey, but definitely recommend the part itself. *** Only drawback is it is a bit pricey for what it is.

I received exactly what I asked for. We will be able to get the driveway plowed much more efficiently. I was pleased with how quickly and well the product arrived.
