Manganese steel is used because it is more durable. Only the chains are included; the tires are not. Each pair is sold separately.

Twist link crossmembers that can be rotated for longer life.

Only suitable for use with turf tires. The GTN-500 net style chains are ideal for deep lug tires.

23x9 fits perfectly. 24x8, 50-12. 24x8, 00-14. 24x8, 50-12. Tires are 50-14.

Is it for two tires or just one?

This is the first of two pairs.

Can these chains be used for a 24x9-inch display?

I'm not certain. 24x9 was the size of my tires. 12 o'clock, and the chains are all coiled up. Please accept my apologies for not being able to provide you with a definitive response.
