Over the reflector, an aluminum frame is molded / framed. The reflector is stuck in the aluminum and cannot be removed.
It all depends on where you put it and how you put it together. I put my reflectors on my mailbox post rather than my car. Mine lasted well over a third of a century. I eventually replaced them, but the rusted bolts I used made it difficult to remove them.
I'm not sure if the reflector has received any official approval from the Department of Transportation. I only know that the reflector works as advertised and that it does what it says it will do.
Screws or nails, but screws are more durable.

For my mailbox, this is ideal. This Peterson V472R 3-piece set comes with everything you need to get started. inch reflector is a high-quality product: it's made in the United States of America. made, rustproof, and able to withstand heavy loads while remaining light in weight I'm using the reflector to mark a curbside mailbox that is fully exposed to the elements and is located outdoors in an unprotected location. The reflector will undoubtedly outlast the post to which it is attached, as it is surface mounted with two stainless steel screws. It's easy to use and has a great appearance.
On Amazon, I bought a set of reflectors in a plastic case. The quality of the reflection was shocking! I should have returned them for a refund on time, but I guess I was too busy. I went back to look for reflectors in an aluminum housing and found these, which are fantastic!.

Although the product is of good quality and arrived quickly, it does not include any screws or nails. Plan on spending an extra dollar and going to Ace Hardware to get two stainless steel self-tapping screws. It is inconvenient.
I replaced some broken plastic reflectors with aluminum-framed reflectors that should last for a long time.
There are no surprises in this section. This product has been on the market for decades and delivers on its promises. It'll last longer than the post you nailed it to because it's highly reflective. To keep it safe from friends and family backing out of the new driveway, I attached it to the back of my new mailbox post.
