Under the mirrors of my semi, I've got mine upside down. It'll work as long as they're both horizontal.

I purchased a four-pack and placed them all over my grill. Last year, I hit two deer, which may be excessive. Lol! I'd like them to stay a long way away from me! Plus, I was worried about what would happen if one of them broke.
Deer and dogs can hear the whistle, but it's not the same pitch as dog whistles, so they don't notice it.

I learned about deer whistles after hitting two deer in less than a four-month period. Who knew! This individual is not one of them. br>br>I discovered the Elook Deer Warning Whistle after reading all of the reviews for various types of deer whistles. It received positive feedback, and the whistles were small enough to blend in with the grill without being overly noticeable. My only gripe is that the instructions are unclear as to which side of the item is the front. This is critical because the whistle must be pointed in a specific direction in order to function properly. Fortunately, I was able to find the answer I needed by going to the question section. br>br>To be honest, I wasn't sure if this (or any other type of whistle) would deter deer from approaching me because I am a deer magnet. However, the other morning as I was driving to work, a deer began to walk in my direction before abruptly turning around and heading in the opposite direction. That's a win for both the product and myself, in my opinion.
These whistles are small enough to fit through your grille. br>These were purchased to go on my new car. After the first drive, they made a difference: a deer was scared and ran out onto the highway. There hasn't been a problem since I started using this deer whistle. They either stand paralyzed on the side of the road or flee in the opposite direction, as traditional deer whistlers do. This is an excellent purchase.
I bought it to put on my motorcycle because deer are a major hazard on a bike, and I've had three deer encounters in the last few months that were remarkably different from anything I've seen in my 45 years of driving. I saw the deer on the side of the road ahead of me in each case, and the deer turned tail and flew away from me and the road in each case. I'm not saying you won't hit a deer with this mounted, but I honestly believe it works. I've never seen a deer bolt so quickly from me before, and I've now seen it three times in a matter of months. br>br>As the listing makes clear, mounting is not an option. even…. Simply adhere it to a location that is relatively level and has good airflow using the adhesive that is already attached. By the way, I also have them on my cars.
Please note that I no longer give 5-star ratings due to the deception of some vendors. reviews of 5 stars br>br>I bought this for my girlfriend when she lived in a very rural area. When she was driving at dusk, I was always worried about her colliding with a deer. The black color of this matched her car so well that she didn't notice until I pointed it out to her weeks after I "installed" it. br>br>It's difficult to say if this item actually works because the chances of colliding with a deer are extremely unlikely. But, if it's good enough for state highway patrol cars, I figure it'll be good enough for my girlfriend and me. I suppose this is a measure of "insurance," but we have no way of knowing whether it will work or not. All I can say is that since we "installed" these, neither my girlfriend nor I have had a deer-related collision. br>br>Everyone who lives in a rural area should have this item.
On a road trip, I hit a deer in the middle of nowhere and totaled my car. Deer whistles were recommended by my father, so I bought some. So far, everything has gone well. They're supposed to work, according to the information I've received. Grazing deer will look up and look at the car when traveling at a slow speed, and it will certainly catch their attention. When driving at highway speeds, there is no evidence of how it works. This item is a gift from God, in my opinion. I'm going to put 15 of them on my car, just to make a joke. These are so small that you'd never know they're there. The front side is the end with the larger hole; I would buy these again and wouldn't mind having a small stock to give away.
Deer abound in my area, especially late at night when I'm driving home from work. I figured that by installing the Elook Deer Warning Whistles Device, I'd be protected from colliding with them or them colliding with me. Nope. I've had them for two weeks now since I installed them. I keep seeing deer, and I narrowly avoided being hit by one yesterday. These are a complete waste of money.
Deer alerts were purchased off the shelf at a local big box store and would not fit in the vehicle's grill. The alerts were supposed to be hidden within the grill's openings. As a result, these miniatures were a good fit. It was difficult to get my fingers into the small openings of the grill, but they're in there now, and it'll be interesting to see how long the adhesive holds up in the face of car washes and the like. I'm not sure if they work because the human ear can't hear the whistle. To make installation easier, they also include an alcohol pad and a drying pad.
I decided to buy these and give them a try because they were a low-cost investment that would be well worth it even if they only prevented one more deer collision. It was simple to set up. I decided to install them after cleaning the grill area with isopropyl alcohol and using the double-sided tape that came with them. positioned at the bottom This mounting method appears to hold it securely. Now I'm crossing my fingers that they deliver on their promises.
