I believe your measurements are correct. It is without the stainless trim, and there is just one mudflap, not two like someone else stated.
There was no pair of them available. Hence, two of them have just been ordered.
The smooth side can be found on the other end

There is no indication of the size in the ad. One question inquired 'if these were 24 by 30' and was answered "YES". The opposite is true. The photo gives the impression that they are square, but in fact, they are The answer "YES" was given to another question which asked if it was smooth on the front and ridged on the back. There's something not quite right about that. You will see that the holes for the plate in the second picture have a raised well on the 'smooth side', thus not being smooth over the entire surface. I was expecting the material to be 3/8 thick and this is what I got. In the past, I planned on using one of these cut-in-laf materials for two flaps 15 x 24 however, since that is no longer feasible, I will try to find an alternative.
To fit onto the small truck, he had to cut them down. It took two guys to attach them the first time only because they are too large to be handled by one person. If they're too big, they're fine. We traveled to Alaska and back with the first pair. I don't mind at all.
I received my flaps on time and they were of good quality. It is the exact same as the original. They do not cut through the thick rubber with the punches that come with them. To make the holes, I have to use a drill.
Using this modular system is easy and enjoyable. The software works great and is easy to install.
I would definitely recommend it. I am glad we could purchase the pieces for our Rock Tamers to put them.
I am able to pull my 5th wheel RV with no problems.
In the past three years, I have replaced this three times. A mud flap rips every time I go on a trip, so I have to replace it.
Even at 75 mph, this set of wheels will not bend.
