It works in the same way as an O. It took the place of M.
There was no built-in turn signal on the one I received. On Amazon, that is a separate item.
Is the mirror foldable if pushed outside the vehicle to avoid damage? It does, in fact. I installed it on a Ford F-150 that didn't have the option that my Tahoe did, which allowed me to fold the mirrors from inside the vehicle for carpooling.

It was simple to set up the product. It took a long time to get to the bolts because the door panel had to be removed. Aside from that, there are two more issues: first, the mirror vibrates significantly more than the OE, which is noticeable but not bothersome to me. Second, the retention is less strong when moving the mirror assembly inward. When it's folded, it's easier to get back on track. Apart from these issues, I have yet to encounter any difficulties with it. I'll keep you updated as new information becomes available. Hopefully, this will not be the case.
It was a perfect fit, and it looks even better than the original. It's possible I'll have to find the right one to go with it. So far, everything has worked flawlessly, and at a fraction of the cost that Ford had requested. I owe a damn mirror to the guy in the blue Dodge 1500 who smacked my mirror in front of me. I was parked on the street in town when a car hit my mirror, and all I saw as I crossed the street was my mirror hitting the ground and that driver stomping his gas to get away. I couldn't tell what his tag number was because I couldn't see it.
Delivery is extremely fast, as it is with all Amazon Prime products. It took two days for the box to arrive. br>br>This past winter, we had some particularly bad storms, which made streets and parking lots dangerous. Someone had clipped my mirror in a parking lot, and when I emerged, my mirror cover was lying on the ground beside my truck, having been run over. The snow had shattered it. I went to a few junkyards and was dissatisfied with the prices and selection (I couldn't find an exact match at any price). "Just for fun," I reasoned, "let me look at Amazon. " That's where I should've started. They had the exact replacement mirror in stock, and the entire unit was less expensive than what they were looking for in the junkyards. br>br>I slipped the new one on (it was simple) and it was a perfect fit. I am extremely pleased.
It has a different build quality, vibrates, and has a different shape. When you look at it straight on, you can tell they're not the same, so just look for an OEM part in a junkyard or something. I'm not sure what else to say.
This product was set up. But, contrary to their claims, it was not identical to the original in every way. If that had been the case, I would have been able to replace the broken mirror and motor. The mirror bracket, however, was different, as was the mirror motor. They couldn't be swapped out for one another. I had to take out the inner door panel and install the entire unit from scratch.
This one doesn't have the same chrome as the original, but it's a perfect fit and works perfectly. The motors are a little louder than the original, but at highway speeds, who can hear that? At the time of installation, I was pleased with my purchase.
Very pleased with the husband. I don't know much about motor parts or anything like that, so I'm not sure what to say. However, my husband claims it was the best deal and a perfect fit!.
This was an excellent replacement for my stock F150 mirror, which had been damaged by a nearby trailer fire prior to my ownership. It took me about 20 minutes to replace it, and it was fairly simple! This is something I would recommend to anyone looking for a replacement part without having to pay OEM prices.
