These people are incredible! I made a clerical error in my order, and they went out of their way to assist me in correcting it. Furthermore, the goods are exactly what they claim to be. This is fantastic! I tried some of the other guys' stuff and either had to return it or try to straighten things out, which was a complete disaster. I bought this siren to replace my old one because I wanted dual-function sirens. I knew I'd enjoy the tone capability, but I had no idea how much I'd enjoy the controller. It's very simple to use, and the buttons are illuminated so they're easy to find at night. This product, like all of their other offerings, is fantastic. Speedtech has acquired a new long-term client! Many thanks to Speedtech!.
On speaker 2, the slide switch is the only one that operates independently. Everything else is controlled by the first speaker. Both speakers switch to the manual horn tones and PA. Because the circuit board is in the way, do not use the screws provided with the controller; you will damage the unit. I don't think it's as loud as my original 200 watt, but it's still pretty loud. for- the- It's a buck, and it gets the job done.
Wish there was a way to connect it to the horn for a hands-free option, like the whelen sirens do, and you have to be resourceful when trying to mount it. Overall, it's a fantastic siren that performs admirably!.
It arrived quickly, and the packaging of the goods is excellent. This performs far better than I anticipated. You won't find a better deal for the money.
I couldn't believe the horrible sound it made; it sounded like a sick duck. I'm very disappointed in the sound this product made, especially considering its price tag of nearly $200. I never used it when I went to a call because of the sounds, so I took it out after spending 3 hours installing it to replace it with my old control box, which works great. br> I hope this is something you guys can work on.
The music is loud and effective.
Using this siren is one of the most effective I've tried. It's loud, and the pa is crystal clear. To keep everything in place, I built my own bracket.
It's a great combination with their icon speakers. It's very simple to put together and it's a lot of fun to listen to. I would recommend this item to anyone looking for something similar.
