Great product: I'd just like to mention that I'm an 8-month-pregnant woman who installed it all by herself. It isn't nearly as bad as it appears. You don't have to remove the bumper, although it is a pain. It will pop off if you wedge two plastic pieces in the sides (see YouTube videos). I spent about 30 minutes on this. This should take no more than 40 minutes to complete. It also appears to be fantastic. For a 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee, this vehicle comes highly recommended.

There aren't any screws, so they'll just pop off. Thin plastic, as someone previously stated, is the key. Because metal will mar the paint and defeat the purpose, I used the kind commonly found in kitchens to scrape dried on food off of plates. You can get a finger in and wiggle it for the rest of the say once you've gotten a side loose. It's easy to pull off once three sides are loose. As time passes, your self-assurance will grow. br>br>Replacing the bottom is simple; simply press it in place. Before you bang it in with your palm, make sure the top is lined up.

Black with a high sheen

There were no flakes or scratches after several car washes. It is simple to put together. For my Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit 2015, I chose gleaming black rings. It's not difficult to put together; just use caution when handling the clips. I wiggled the ring off with my old debt cards on each side. On the backside of the rings are labels that indicate which side it should be used on.

Because you'll have to remove the entire front grill and bumper assembly, I recommend having it installed by a body shop.

Beautiful product, but difficult to put together (you have to remove the Jeep's front fascia)

The finished product is lovely, but it's a pain to put together. To remove the Jeep's front fascia, I recommend enlisting the help of two people. I got cuts all over my arm doing this on my own, but it was worth it in the end. Before you buy, look up YouTube videos on how to install it on your Jeep model year.
