Genuine Honda 74114-TR0-A00 Front Engine Cover (Lower) Plate

A gift to my sister, I actually bought this for her. She backed up over something, it tore off a corner, and was dangling down, scraping the road as she backed up. In order to get it to stop hitting the pavement I bent it up, but it was obvious the cover needed replacing. On Amazon, I found this as the replacement, ordered it, and it came in 3 days. It went on without any issues after I replaced it with this one. The "customization" (boring of new holes, reaming of bolt holes, etc. ) that you sometimes have to do with some replacement parts is not necessary. This book is highly If I have one complaint, it would be the fact that the engine cover plates are not very durable. The OEM cover was just too thin, and I guess that is just the way they are made. So it must just be the way they are. Any major obstruction, like a large rock or heavy piece of metal, would easily tear right through. It will stop small debris, gravel, and that sort of thing from damaging the bottom of the engine.

It is necessary. Getting the order to you quickly. My splash shield came down on highway and I had to replace it because the front screws stripped off either from driving in snow or from an oil change. I have a 2013 Honda civic and this splash shield fits perfectly (despite amazon saying it is not the right product for this model of Honda). Replacement screws for Honda splash shields (Honda Splash Shield Phillips Truss Head Sems Screws) should also be ordered.

The 2014 Honda EX is equipped with this. The fit is great and the delivery is quick. The 2014 Honda EX is equipped with this. This had to be replaced in a matter of minutes after the place I took the Honda to for the oil change did not correctly reinstall the factory one, which fell down while I was driving and tore it apart. Before you tighten, make sure the alignment tabs have been inserted.

As expected, it fits the Honda Civic 2015 model year. I will agree with others when they say that the mounting screws would have been nice to include, as the following Valvoline service resulted in two screws being missing.

Exactly what I needed for my 2015 Honda Civic EX Sedan, thanks so much! As soon as you lift the car a little, it is very easy to install. Zip ties were the only way I could attach this to the car since the metal screws were nowhere to be found. There's a sort of friction between the metal cover and the plastic cover when you slide them together It might seem that zip ties (or screws) would prevent it from moving, but they don't.

It appears either this item was damaged or not new depending on the packaging, although it was not damaged. There are a few scratches on it that shouldn't have been there if the item was new, and it also felt greasy.

My 2015 Honda Civic plate fit perfectly, however, it arrived bent several times in different places, which made it not fit properly. The price of $36 should include a brand new license The install is already complete, so I'll leave it in place, but there are cheaper sites that sell them for about $16 with about $10 for You can save money if you don't spend it. At least it is the correct part, so it gets 2 stars.

As a result of the lack of hardware, I rated this 4 stars. There is only one supplier of this particular hardware, and it is difficult to obtain. When this product is included with it, I'll rate it 5* and be willing to pay more for it.
