Some debris was thrown up during a semi-truck collision months ago. There was damage to the OEM engine shield, but it was In the past few weeks, the same thing has It was a race against the clock as the OEM shield had rolled up like a sardine can & I had to pull over & replace it This drag lasted for a very long time. This shield is a new one I installed There's a lot of plaster and tiling It has been said that the holes don't quite fit perfectly, but they are close. Although the shield does not have cloth fibers, it seemed to have the same noise level inside the cabin as the OEM shield. It lasted five years when it came from the OEM manufacturer. I have been in this field for five It is hoped that at least that long will pass before this replacement shield fails. The first ding is on it An issue with fit is given a star.
There is a hole in the engine block that allows the oil filter to be removed.
This fits my 2014 Ford Escape perfectly, and it's better built than the original. Should last much longer than the Ford OEM one.
The seller is not a trustworthy seller and I strongly recommend not buying anything from them. The product offerings that they have with Ford vehicles are incompatible, as well as cheap and flimsy in construction.
I found it to be perfect for my 2013 Escape. You'll want to make sure you have the correct bolts if you want to replace them. These are not included with the bolts.
It's a good replacement for my old one.
received a quote of $200 for the part & installation The shield on my daughter's car needed only $15 worth of hardware to be replaced. In addition to this $50 one, $15 of nuts and crackers are included I was able to fix the problem using bolts.
