No, at least not that I can tell.
This would probably be a good thing. The bag fits my 2012 Elantra perfectly, and I do not recall any design changes between 2012 and 2013.
Original equipment will not be affected by the splash guard. It takes about 15 minutes to
To do an oil change, you do not need to take this off. It has been designed so that the filter and drain bolt remain easily accessible with the cap on.

On my Hyundai Elantra Limited 2013, I just installed this kit. The holes were lined up perfectly, and the garment fit perfectly. Although it can be a little less durable than high-quality plastic, I think it's still strong enough for my needs. Due to the fact that it came in a box, I left it out in the sun to flatten it the day before. My fault, I really wish I had replaced them sooner. It was only six bolts, and took about five minutes to make the repair. There is an image of it uploaded separately from the old one, so you can compare them side by side.
Earlier this year, my son broke his 2012 Elantra splash shield. It's a lot more expensive to buy the OEM version, even though it's more solid. I ordered the one in question and when it arrived I was confused until I opened it up and realized it had been rolled and placed in a smaller box. This one is really flimsy and unreliable. Although it bolted on fine, it is sturdy enough, and for the price, you cannot get a better deal than this. The product probably could have been better, so I probably would have paid a little more.
I bought one off eBay to start. What you pay for is what you get. When we received it, it was rolled up like a poster and it had NO matching holes. In this case, it failed at best, dragging and then falling to the ground where it should have been right from the start. The new one came folded in two, but opened up nicely and fit perfect, the material is thicker and looks like it will last. I recommend this product.
I will eventually buy an OEM one in the future as it works fine for now. The fit was not exactly perfect and there were several rough edges that I had to smooth out. In comparison with the OEM one that was taken off the vehicle, this one is not as sturdy. This means it can break easily. You can use it in an emergency, but I recommend shopping around for the OEM model.
I am very pleased with the product. As well as being very simple to replace, it was also a very straight forward process. As the shield was rolled up in a box, it was not affected by its shipping. After I unrolled it and let it sit flat for a day, I placed it onto my vehicle.
I had no problems mounting this onto my 2012 Hyundai Elantra Limited. The warning is in effect. You will have to buy the fasteners separately since it doesn't come with any.
But that is exactly what it is, and it makes you wonder how it can be that product. It unfolds very quickly, and the fit was perfect.
