The first thing I noted was how the fender point jutted It feels like the fenders are in good shape, not The shoes do not show any signs of dings. When you know what kind of tool to use, it's very easy to install. In terms of installing the new fenders, the biggest obstacle was removing the stock ones. A large amount of hardware and software was on hand. In addition to looking great on my JKU, they didn't cost me over $300. As a temporary measure until I can acquire some nice black fenders, I have cut out the inner fenders and reversed them.
The video will be installed. It follows that The fenders are good value given their price and come with easy installation instructions. Some gaps can be seen between the pieces of the fender where the spot welds are. A rivet gun is required for installing the fender. Using a rivet gun is more accurate and safer than using a staple gun. The fenders will stay on the jeep if you use a staple gun but will be loose.
I am providing my review here. When I looked at it on a stock Jeep, I was concerned with how it looked. It was hard to find much to refer to in the pictures. In the end, I should have bought the Amazon tool I should have used and waited a few days before using it. Then again, you can't wait if you have something new to do on your Jeep. To install the screw rivets, I used the bolt they provided along with a wrench and socket. About an hour and a half was required to complete this process. It was not difficult to insert all but two rivets, so even without the two missing, I feel the integrity of the device was not I like the way they look and how sturdy they are. I found it to be a decent buy for the money. It was very important to me to paint the brackets on the front two fenders black, so they would blend in and not stand out from the rest of the fenders. It took me about three hours to install all in all. I hope this helps any of you with stock lifts.
I installed it on my daughter's 2008 Jeep. There is no question that the fender is solidly-built and has all of the necessary I found that removing the old fenders and retrofitting the wheel well liners to be the most challenging part of the job. It was simple to install my tools, since I purchased nutsert tools. On the Jeep, they look pretty good. From faded plastic to this new one, this is definite improvement. There were a couple of things I didn't like On the Jeep, there is a mounting bracket cut it off, I painted it black, but it would have been nice to have a cover to hide it once the fender was fitted. Located again on the front of the Jeep, this area is the second. In the back of the front wheel well is an uncovered cavity on the body. With the fender liners I cut, most of the area was covered, but I'd prefer a fender wrapper that covers the entire area to do the job. I consider this to be an excellent product for its price range.
It was well packaged when it arrived. I found the instructions to be easy to understand. Make sure your parts are laid out. I like the fact that the hardware is already assembled, which is a nice touch. It also comes with an installation Installing the software does not require anything to be purchased. You can do the installation of the nuts and bolts with some washers and hardware. It only takes a few minutes. You'll save 30 dollars. In any case. There are no holes to line At first I thought it would be a hassle for the price. That's not happening! The Zerts were installed, screws were added front and rear, and it was all good. Although it is not a 300 dollar set, if I break off the fender or quarter on the trail, it is not 400 dollars down the drain. Solid, when beaten on, it will stand up to wear. The plastic fenders are not suitable for standing on either, nor would I stand on it. "Hammer" is a term used to describe the coating. A different story. However, the coating is not bad and is evenly distributed. I am very pleased with the product. If it eats an outcrop, I will bang it back in place and continue to use it. One more time. I can afford another one based on the price.
It works better than I thought it would and looks great on my The spacers were put on at the same time I put on the 2" wheels. However, it would have been better if I had purchased a wider fender, which is no fault of this product. This gun does not come with a rivet gun. Be sure to purchase one to complete the installation. The rivets also come with the kit. Taking me less than 20 minutes, Max was fairly straightforward to install. A solid product. For those of you who want to know whether or not it will fit your Jeep from XXX year, please read the product information. I recommend the book as a whole.
This is a well-made item Occasionally, the welding done on some fenders doesn't look as great as it should, but it doesn't affect the overall look of the vehicle. The design is sturdy and nice. I purchased the rivet gun based on the reviews of other consumers but I wasn't in need of Using my impact driver, I was able to accomplish what I set out to do. This is not an easy process to accomplish, especially after trying to figure out how to use the rivet gun only to realize I didn't In the end, the Jeep itself was painfully disassembled just to get at the side-fender light cables. I was very impressed with how well they snapped in! I think the entire process of removing old fenders, wiping down the area where the old fenders are mounted, removing side light cable connector, and then installing new fenders took about three hours total. I helped with this part. It took 4 hours. I did it all by myself. My situation could have been different had I had some assistance I would need to spend half the time that I do now.
We are proud of the results.
It is easy to install these fenders, and they are of high quality. After removing the old fenders I installed the new ones in 2 hours. The factory holes allow for no drilling so there is no need for extra work. There is no doubt that I recommend this.
