Yes. So far, I've taken my car to the car wash six times. The letters are still in good condition.

Excellent value for money! I'm very pleased with the quality so far. It was simple to put in place. The top and bottom borders for the letters were made with painters tape. Everything was aligned starting in the middle of the Ford logo. To adhere the letters to the hood, I taped it in place and removed the backing.
This shows that I installed the decals correctly, but that the product is defective in general. Three out of eight people were defective, which means that nearly half of the package was defective, implying that this is a bad product in general, not just a bad unit. This is something that you should avoid. I wish I had something better to replace it with at this time, but I now have to worry about removing 3M adhesive without damaging the paint on my hood. BEWARE OF THE BUYER. EDIT: br>br> I wanted to include a photo of these things after I finally got them off (not to imply that the letters were difficult to remove, but rather the adhesive itself) so you can see for yourself that they are cheaply made hollow plastic. Around the very edges of the item, there is less than a millimeter of contact between the plastic and the adhesive; this will not withstand much abuse, and you will be sorely disappointed if you expect them to go through the car wash or be "weatherproof. ".
The explorer is given a sporty appearance. I hope they last for a long time.
I ordered 1/2-inch wide blue tape to measure the distance from the hood's edge, then used a straight edge to carry the center of the Ford emblem up to the blue tape's center. Then I double-checked by measuring from a couple more places. Then, using the blue tape, align the bottom of the foam template with the center of the template. Then, between each letter, taped the foam template down, making sure the bottom edge was lined up with the blue tape. Then, one by one, place each letter in its proper position. Then, using a hair dryer, slowly warmed the letters until they adhered properly. If you heat them up too much, the adhesive will start to come loose. It's very simple to do, just take your time.
I took these to my local car dealership, where they were installed for free. They appear to be fantastic!.
I'm not sure why all Explorer models didn't come with the logo pre-installed. I would have given 5 stars if the included template wasn't so bad; it's almost too flimsy. I had to use my fingers to move and pull the template cutouts to fit each letter because most of the letters didn't fit in the cut outs. This wouldn't be such a big deal if you didn't have to worry about the other letters' alignment while applying. In addition, one of the letters does not fully contact the hood. With that in mind, I'd like to re-iterate my recommendation. If necessary, place an order.
The majority of them come with a shaky installation template. It's the same with this one. However, making sure they were all going in the same direction was extremely difficult, and mine looks like the last 'R' from Explorer decided to jump off a cliff and die. It's only because I installed them that it's noticeable. I'm not sure if the error in traffic will be noticed. However, if you have the option of selecting different letters with a more durable installation template - you should do so. Instead, pick them. FWIW.
They look great on my 2016 Explorer; it took me a few tries to get the placement just right, but I'm pleased with the results!.
