Hellobr>I checked Amazon's description for the dimensions. The dimensions are 5x5x5 inches. This is simply not true. So there you have it. 8" deep x 18" x 21" are my approximate measurements.
It's only the blue top boxes that are affected. The decked system does not belong to me. In my Polaris Ranger bed, I use these boxes.
The CrossBox, which is half the size of the D-Box and can be found in the narrow drawer for $40, is the smaller box in the narrow drawer. That one is $50 and comes in a box (box with a wide drawer). There are a variety of sizes among them. br>Thank you for your time and consideration. br>Raeghen is a fictional character created by the author Raeghen.
Thank you for taking the time to learn more about DECKED. You'll be able to tell if the drawers are T-shaped or not based on the type of drawers you receive. AD8 is a shape. Julian

The quality of the molding and machining appears to be excellent. However; Is there anywhere in the description that says you have to put the box together? Inserting the hinge pin isn't difficult, but working the rubber seal all the way around the lid takes a long time, and the fact that it pops out a dozen times before I get it all the way around has me worried about how well it will stay in place! Within a week, I expect to have to glue it in place! I would have expected a finished product at this price point. br>You're so close to having a great product, and you want your customers to finish assembling it when an experienced assembly person with a special tool could do it in under 2 minutes what the average customer will fuss with for 10? What does this say about how important your customers' time is to you?.
If you want to maximize drawer space, use the dividers. Only get this box if you want to keep your stuff dry and waste a lot of space in your drawer because you have to imagine these things have a slope to them, so good luck putting drills in here or battery packs with drills and bit boxes. Basically, this is a tackle box equivalent in size and about as useless.
It was smaller than I anticipated, necessitating the removal of items that were rarely used. As a result, it became more focused, allowing me to better organize my tools. I also grabbed two more large boxes and stuffed them with foam inserts. The custom foam was then cut for each individual item, which required some forethought and resulted in a highly customized configuration for my DECKED system, which is frequently used. The DECKED system continues to improve.
It's a good toolbox, but it's way overpriced for what it is. It does fit in my truck tool box's fancy drawer, but it's not worth the money.
Great boxes for organization, super versatile; we use ours as a dry box for food and smaller cooking supplies; my only complaint is that the box's tabs are a little difficult to close, but that's not a big deal for us because we never pull the box out.
Directions are simple and take four days to complete. I like it, but I'm disappointed that it doesn't extend all the way back to the tailgate. space of about 6 inches.
It could be redesigned to maximize the amount of space available for additional tools or supplies.
Because the big one is so awkward, the small one is just better; it's the perfect size!.
