The straps that came with it were not useful to me... It was very confusing, and also I did not feel that the security would be sufficient. As I have ratchet straps, I secured the bag using three of them. This was the best solution
Here are the steps you need to follow, dear customer The first step is to Through the middle hole of the buckle, a end strap is threaded from the inside of the cargo carrier. In step 2, create a draft of your document. To thread the end strap through the hole in front of the buckle, follow these steps The end strap should be pulled close to the cargo carrier to keep the buckle in place. *br>Thanks so much!
Please note that, if you do not require raised folding shanks, you can install the main tube of the cargo carrier directly onto the hitch receiver. However, you will lose the ability to fold the carrier.

I can't find anything wrong with this product. As I assemble and disassembled the chair, I realized that I didn't need an extended arm or fold up feature. The trays were taken off and the tray was put into the hitch straight away. There is less bounce in the car, which makes it easier to drive. This is a great purchase simply because of the storage bag. ***UPDATE**
I just returned from a 2 week trip around the country using this product. We drove almost 3,000 miles in myriad weather conditions during the trip. At the last minute, we decided to use the extension arm to open the hatch, as we would not have been able to do so without it. As a result, the following results have been obtained A waterproof bag like the one in this article is absolutely necessary. While driving through several tropical rain storms, all driving was stopped until the storm I did not find any water in the bag. There's no way to cool off this bag!
It's getting stupid hot in there! The Florida July sun fully exposed a black bag containing black suitcases melted the soap bars inside. There is a problem with the handles on the bag's sides--they are very weak. They look like they are glued onto the wall. As the luggage was being arranged, I lifted the bag by the handle and one of the handles came The waterproofing was not affected by this because we did it at the initial loading. Regardless of whether the extension arm is attached to a basket, the 500lbs weight limit applies only to the basket. After we got home, the basket had about 275lbs in it, and the back of it was only inches above the floor. It is now an oval hole instead of a round slot that holds the basket to the arm. The pins that hold the basket to the arm had eaten their way through the metal of the arm. My suggestion would be to limit the weight limit for the arm to under 200 lbs when using it. There is a design flaw that can be fixed by welding tempered washers over the hole. This is a solution that will make it round again and should prevent it in the future.
The film is not very well done. As I understand it, the one I got did not seem to be It is impossible to screw all the bolts into the side plates because the four holes do not line up when three of them do. I would not recommend it.
The quality is good. If you count on using the included wrenches to assemble it, you will be disappointed. I can always count on Lroduct to do the job.
A recent trip required the use of this product. It is hard to assemble the product according to the instructions The videos were available, so we just used them. A star was taken away because the bag that came with it was not as good as I had expected. During a lift, the strap on one side of the bag just completely detached from the bag when we were under the weight limit. Because it was still usable after the loss of a strap, I have not returned it. I kept it because it worked well and after it lost a strap, the bag did not tear. Please edit
It's too bad that I forgot to mention that I didn't like the straps nor the instructions that came with them. My method was to use three ratchet straps and make sure they had "S" hooks on each end (left, middle, right). After you bolt the hooks on to the metal rack and ratchet them down, you simply pull them out. As a result, I felt more secure with my load. For my own peace of mind, I bought a stabilizer as well. If I didn't install the stabilizer, the rack would probably have ratcheted back and forth or moved back and forth, but it didn't move with it installed, and that's exactly.
This is a sturdy and solid product. It took about 15 minutes for my husband to put this together. It is easy to install. I like the way it is It is great quality to have a weatherproof bag. The waterproofing on the jacket will be tested when we travel 4500 miles so we tested it prior to the trip. While a terrible storm with hail and heavy rain rolled in, we filled it up and left it outside. Despite the bad weather, everything stayed dry inside. Strong and durable, the cargo carrier can carry a lot of weight. Upon returning from our trip, we will update this review after we obtain the lock and anti-wobble device.
The rack is solid, and I was surprised to find it so. I found it relatively easy to put together and large enough to store all of our grilling accessories along with the Blackstone grill. There seems to be a lot of material on both the bag and the straps.
In the morning, we hit the road for a five-night stay One was about a five-hour drive and the other was about the same We used it on our drive home and liked the fact that it could fold when not in use. Our drive home was nine hours. The carrier worked well and had several unique features we liked. There is no doubt that the folding bag is Throughout the journey, the rain was heavy at times and we drove through it for a long time. There is plenty of room for luggage inside the carrying bag. I purchased a carrying bag from the seller and had one of the handles fail. I contacted the seller and received an answer very quickly. We were able to resolve the issue quickly. For the quality of the product and the excellent customer service, I highly recommend it.
After an initial hiccup with the cargo company, customer service thankfully rectified the situation. I appreciated their responsive response to my In terms of the product itself, it is sturdy for the purpose for which we use it. I haven't used it in a long time, so I can't provide a full review until I take it on a few more road trips. We found, however, that it worked well for the job we did. As of now, we have driven through the mountains, up and down some steep terrain, and through rain without issue. Our hauler is also equipped with a stabilizer that attaches to the hitch.
