What is the total number of these in this box?

There are four in each package, which is sufficient for one foot. Please be advised that we, the manufacturer, have discontinued them.

Do I need a fitting kit if I already have the tracks, or is everything I need already included?

Greetings, Steffy. Unfortunately, Thule no longer manufactures or stocks this kit, and it has been retired. For your track system, you'll most likely need Fit Kit 3101 and either the 460 or 460R Foot Pack. Thank you so much for getting in touch with Thule!
