Paint is chipped, and some of the hardware is missing

I expected a lot more for less than $110. Two bolts, as well as all 16 washers, are missing (I have two more long bolts when the instructions only specify the short bolts). In addition to the missing hardware, nearly every bracket piece has scratched or scuffed paint. In some cases, it's all the way down to the bare metal. I could understand if this were the case for something half the price, but for over $110 and such poor quality, I feel cheated. br>br>Instructions for the GM100 model (5-foot tall) were also included. 1/2"), but it's the same bracket with a shorter length.
