Since I have a 2008 X model, it fits mine just fine, so I believe it would also fit the 2015 model since it's the classic model from 2005-2011 Generally, the 2015 Body Demotion have got the same changes. If you want to modify them in any way, you can. I had to modify mine ever so slightly but it was easy to do so. It is my hope that this information is helpful to you
As far as I can tell, it will fit 2009 Xterra only if your tail lights are the same as 2009 Xterra. If you have the same tail lights, it should fit 4Runner.

The product is confirmed to fit Nissan Xterra models from 2015. Installing the device is a simple and quick process. Although the instructions DO call for drilling for a third point of contact with the body, many people choose not to do so since the stock tail light mounting screws/bolts (10mm / 2 each side) provide strong attachment Neither the wire harness nor anything else needs to be disconnected. The guards that I received did not have any bent arms or fittings, but they are easy to align and correct. These guards look very nice, mount securely, and are Highly Recommended. **NOTE ** NOTICE Be sure to pull the tail light assemblies back straight after removing them (not at an angle or in any other way).
The instructions were also lacking with regards to where to put the brace and what orientation it must be placed on the brace. My taillight is protected by the product, but I don't think that it will protect my rear view mirror.
My new computer is up and running! Installed in less than 10 I love how well they fit and how sturdy they are. Having not attached the side brackets for now, but as soon as I can I will get some longer bolts and I lost all.
As stated in the instructions, the fit was good, but one size had to be adjusted to match the other side, which might have been due to shipping. As of yet, there have been no issues. If the mounting point is metal on metal, I recommend purchasing 3M clear plastic tape to seal the mounting point and prevent rust.
