Tape that sticks to itself. Remove the plastic backing from the tape and adhere it to the window sill. Make sure it's in the right place; you only get one chance, and once it's on, it's on.

It's not as dark as it appears in the picture. Putco lettering and branding are prominently displayed on the actual sill plate. It is NOT a solid black color as depicted and is VERY DECEPTIVE. Despite the false advertising, when this seller was contacted, he demanded that I pay for the postage to return it. "Performance Guarantee" is the vendor I'm talking about. What a blunder, to say the least.

The design is beautiful, but the installation is a pain

Pros - We've put together something that's well-made and stylish. It appears to be very tough and should last the entire life of the vehicle. br>br>Cons - If you're looking for a unique way to express yourself, this is the place to be. It is not the simplest item to set up. It sticks to the surface once it comes into contact with it, and removing it to realign it is nearly impossible. It's also crucial to ensure that it fits correctly - Before removing the protective film, you may need to bend the material for a tight fit. I had to take mine off because the fit wasn't right, and now the adhesive isn't bonding on one side, presumably because I touched it.
