The STATIC SOUND is no longer present. It's as CLEAR AS STEREO FM.
We expect it to work, but if it doesn't, we'll issue a full refund.
I only have the 13" antenna, so I can't make a direct comparison, but the 13" is likely to have a longer range of reception. Longer reception range equates to a taller antenna.

Okay, so I waited three weeks to write a review on this antenna in order to ensure that it was as accurate as possible. I've tried it in a few different locations and have had excellent results. I'm not aware of any issues. When I pulled in and out of my garage, my stock antenna kept hitting the garage door and roof. Clearance is not an issue with this one. I 100% strongly recommend it to all of my friends.
I'm very impressed with the product's reception, fitment, and durability. br>br>Unlike some of its competitors, it doesn't whistle at high speeds. length competitors, it retains 90 of its reception quality and distance in both city and back country applications, and it fits more flush to the body than my OEM antenna did, and Finally, I appreciate the 2x2 carbon fiber wrap they included around the antenna's base, which matches the interior carbon fiber package on my Raptor perfectly. It's sometimes the small gestures that demonstrate how much a business cares. br>br>And, most importantly, I can now back into my garage without my antenna snagging on the garage door! Rydonair, congratulations on a job well done! In the near future, I'll be on the lookout for more products from you.
This is my second antanne; I almost went back to the metal whip after reading the reviews, but I decided to give it a shot because of the positive feedback, and holy cow, this thing picks up stations! I had trouble finding FM stations in rural Indiana with my stock antanna, but this thing seems to be picking up a lot more and clearing up a lot more! It also has a very sleek appearance. If you're undecided, don't bother looking for another father.
and it's effective! This is for my 2018 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited JK, which I bought. br>br>Easy to replace. br>br> It appears to be magnificent. It can pick up a lot of stations! What's not to like?br>br>All the other stubby antennas I found had poor reception (which, in the age of satellite radio and Bluetooth music, isn't really a big deal), but this one had good reception, and they were correct. I get more stations with this antenna than I do with standard antennas in other cars. It's fantastic! br>br>.
How difficult could it be to unscrew the original, which was slamming into my garage door, and replace it with this one? It looks fantastic on my new F-150. I recently took it on a trip from Houston to Dallas, where the reception was superior to that of my other vehicles and lasted at least 40 miles further outside of Houston. I didn't lose Dallas stations until I was 100 miles out on the way back, which is the best I've ever done. The money was well spent.
My only fear is that removing the stud without stripping it will be difficult. Aside from that, I'm not hitting the ceiling in parking garages or my own garage anymore. This was a daily occurrence for me because I live in the Washington, D. C. area. Also, while I'm not cool enough to own a raptor, it looks great on a regular old F150. br>br>Recent changes - 5/6/18. I ran a test about 15 miles out of town with this antenna vs. the stock, and it picked up a total of 5 stations! Compared to my stock antenna, which costs around $20. It looks cool, and not hitting garage ceilings is also cool, but physics will always win. A larger antenna will be able to attract a much larger amount of data. I'm afraid I'll have to return this item.
It's impossible to tell the difference between the stock Antenna and this one. Have a 2018 JL Rubicon Unlimited. The 13" looks fantastic on the Jeep's body. It was a breeze to put in. I'd say it's a perfect match. I'm very pleased. I live in Round Rock, Texas, a suburb of Austin, and I have complete control over all of the stations. For the amount of quality you get for less than $20, I'm very impressed. The plastic-to-metal adapter has a carbon fiber appearance. I just thought it was worth mentioning. It looks great with a black Jeep, but it might not look as good with other colors. I hope this has been of assistance.
After reading a lot of reviews, I decided to order it. With a shorter antenna, I was also aware of what I was getting myself into. I needed a shorter antenna that wouldn't get tangled up in low branches and spring back into my windshield and Freedom Tops. It looks fantastic. It looks fantastic on you. Installing it was a breeze. In addition, when listening to my local stations, I've noticed some audio interference - However, it was something I expected. All of this has to do with wavelengths, receiving angles, distances, and signal strength. An antenna with a shorter wavelength will be shorter. Antennae with longer wavelengths need to be longer. If I ever want to go back to the stock antenna, I can find it in my garage. As a satellite radio listener for the majority of the of the of the of the of the of the of the I'm good. If you install a shorter antenna, don't expect perfect reception. Physics is all there is to it.
