The answer is yes. Both ends of the paper are folded. To speed up the unfolding, I used a hair dryer on high. There were several scrapes throughout, but it was still folded. A scratch that is very visible as well. In other words, it seems like I was sold a return they turned around and So I wasn't able to return it because I needed it to install quickly.

According to expectations, the bumper was packaged in a box. I have no problem with that. There is no priority set for it, however. The bumper has to be primed before use and is made from raw plastic. Neither primer nor base coat is present. Despite the fact that it is not "premium," they advertise it as such. There is only raw plastic in this product. The wall will have to be primed before being painted. Don't intend to buy again from this seller as I am not very satisfied with their service.

I removed all the tape and followed the instructions to unroll and to set it in the sun for a few hours, and then I was ready to install it. It was a great fit and had a great look.

It wasn't easy to install the bumper because it came two days earlier than what was extracted, but you can still see it.
