Product Description

Rubberized asphaltic base used to prevent rust and dampen noise on a range of vehicles, such as automobiles, trucks, and trailers. It is paintable.

It is highly durable and prevents corrosion and rust from forming. It will not chip and will not crack or peel as it ages. The elastic fabric deadens sound and is waterproof.

The product can be used on trucks, farm and construction equipment, in collision shops, as a tree wound dressing, and to seal gutters and flashings. Ensure that electrical boxes and fittings are sealed. Cracks in concrete and asphalt driveways can be sealed by this product.

It must not be lower than 50°F to be applied to a clean, dry surface. With short strokes, spray 10-18 inches away from the surface.

The number of cans needed to clean a car is how many?

The size of the vehicle will determine the amount. In order to undercoat the large 2001 Chevy Silverado Extended Cab Long Bed Pick Up Truck, I used a special epoxy primer. The cans I used seemed to be 11 in number.

I found the content to be good, however

It is hard to tell until I have finished the undercoating. Spraying from the first can was unsatisfactory, but the content seemed to be of high quality. My undercoating job on my truck will tell me after I finish it.

She is a good performer

Since I started my body shop a couple of years ago, I have used this product regularly. After replacing body panels, I use it for an added layer of corrosion protection. So far, I have had no problems with this product. There is no such thing as a perfect person, so I would give 5 stars.

I used it on the front of my truck for undercoating and for slowing down rust spots on some of her vehicles and it seems to work well and it is quite reasonably priced.
