As a general-purpose clay bar, I would classify this as medium or general

Contamination can easily be removed from paint with this product. This is the only clay I use the vast majority of the time that I clay in my detail shop. As it is the cheapest quality quick detail spray, I pair it with Meguirs quick detailer(maroon bottle) as a lubricant.

In my opinion, this product is very unreliable, the clay bars are extremely sticky and will make mark on the paint of the car that is very difficult I used this product on my black car and it left a film like it was clay bar, which when it became reflected in the light looked terrible, it also caused a bunch of small scratches (not sure what to call them). The product I recommend is definitely not clay bars. I have used clay bars before and know how to use them, but this product should not be used.

I did not have those little imbedded rocks in my front as this left my front

Despite being able to sand out much of the paint in a short amount of time, if you are pressed for time or just need the big sand out, then this will work. Little bits of smaller stuff stick to each other but mostly not.
