In my opinion, yes. It has a humidity drop of about 20% from ambient when it is in a safe about the size of an armoire. A temperature rise of approximately 10 degrees is caused by it. Although I cannot guarantee it, I think you'd see a drop in humidity of 10 to 15% and an increase in temperature of 5 degrees or so in a small closet.

A new 2018 26' Travel Trailer was just delivered to me. The objective was to spread out the protection as widely as possible through the purchase of the two units of the 500. My investment is too important to take nothing for granted, so I purchased two units. It might seem overkill since two units are bigger than my resulting square footage, but I wanted to protect myself. I have taken several photos, and you can see that none of these have made a difference. My windows are always completely covered in condensation when I wake up in the morning. My vents are cracked, so I have tried that. Leaving the vents closed has worked for me. The difference is not significant. There are none. When I leave one in that tiny space in the bathroom and close the door, I only get a slight advantage from the cooling effect. As a hardwood owner, I have It will be completely free of vents under the units since there is a tile-esque flooring. All they could see was the sky. Having carefully read all the instructions, I have followed them all. I praised them to my friends, which unfortunately led to them losing their business.
