It was never necessary for me to use a wet cloth to clean the inside of my vehicle. My method was to use a soft detailing cloth and apply lexol directly to the sofas. Running my hands gently over the leather, I gently applied the lexol. The leather I have on my sofa has been cleaned and maintained by Lexol Cleaner and Conditioner for 20 years. I ordered a new bottle, but I still had the old one that had to be thrown away.
