The steering wheel has been damaged
3/5

BMW M4 is the car I own and take meticulous care of. This product came highly recommended by a friend so that I could clean my leather steering wheel of any dirt it had picked up A microfiber cloth was sprayed with some and applied The 00 position on my left hand is where my left hand normally rests. My eyes were drawn to the cloth when I saw what appeared to be dirt, so I applied it again on a clean section of the cloth to find that there was still more dirt in it. While thinking I was cleaning, I put some more on a clean area of the cloth and gave it another application, not knowing that there was such a large amount of dirt there. The dye and coating came off after I wiped the wheel off with a damp cloth. There is a bare spot left on the wheel now. In order to use it again, it must be A cost of about $1000 is expected. Despite its effectiveness, the cleaner is not pleasant to use. You should beware.

As if you were in a canoe making love

Waterlike in color, odorless, and clear as water, the product is as thin as Furthermore, leather is just as clean after cleaning with it. The ocean. It made me feel very foolish to have used The best results I got were when I used (news flash) water with two drops of dish detergent per It is not impossible that the formula is more complex Yet does it really make sense to spend so much money on it? My opinion is that this is not the case.

The "cleaner" I use no longer meets my standards
3/5

Here is the original review as it appears in its original form. It is in this instance that I have changed my mind about the product after receiving more information, and I think anyone reading this review should know all of what I have to say. Based on the original review, it was given This cleaner does not meet the criteria for recommendation anymore. I only had to observe a portion of the seat to determine that the so-called It is not cleaning very well even though it is called cleaner. Attached is a photo of the rag I used to wipe up after using Meguiars Super Degreaser to clean a portion of a seat. In my attempt to remove a spot, I used the Meguiars first on a small area of the seat, then on the entire bottom part (where you sit on it). As a matter of fact, the Chemical Guys did not stop having trouble It wasn't worth the call to Cleaner to have a seat that shouldn't get that dirty cleaned. It has been several years since I have used this product on this one vehicle (as well as others) on a regular basis. While I have had times in the past where this product caused me to pick up dirt on the rag, I attribute that to a lack of vigilance. In the unusual case where I went 6 or more months without a cleaning. It is no excuse for this cleaner not to pick up ANY (or very little) dirt, while another cleaner picks up a lot of it just is some cleaning power in this product, but you are still sitting on a lot of dirt if you don't check your car leather regularly. The one I drive is in very good condition, and I take great care of it. The Meguiars All Purpose Cleaner I'm planning on using on my interior leather will be used later, along with the mentioned Super Degreaser when it's In her original review, she writes I have to admit I haven't been a big fan of Chemical Guys cleaning products (I have liked some of their towels, mitts, and other equipment), but I am starting to like this and other leather and interior stuff from the company. It works surprisingly well on leather and I've been using it for a while and have been impressed with it's light duty cleaning capability. As I read through some of the reviews, it appears people who are not satisfied are simply not understanding how to use the product. In my opinion, you MUST agitate virtually any cleaning product on the surface you're trying to clean in order to achieve A leather surface does not respond the same way to using a formica counter cleaner or a soft scrub whatever - you wipe it up with a sponge or a paper towel and it goes back to being To clean leather, you have to scrub it ) Scrub In order to truly restore hammered leather, you may need to use an all purpose cleaner, such as Chemical Guys or Meguiars AP Cleaner, before waxing. If you can find one that works for your car (least you do is test them out on small, out-of-sight areas first), you can use this and still use any AP cleaner, but do not use this leather cleaner The leather on your car is coated in a plastic coating that protects the leather, but it may not be on your couch/chair. Details on how to clean your item should be provided by your manufacturer.
This product is good for the overall health, however, please follow the directions and use it properly to guarantee its use. To clean the leather seats, I first wipe them down with a warm, wet microfiber cloth then I spray the product liberally over the seats and brush it in. After wiping up the excess, I often use another wet microfiber cloth (rung out). If you want to dry the seats, then you may do so with a dry cloth or let them dry, but make sure they will be completely A mold or mildew growth in your car is bad for your health. that it will form a musty odor after using this, but if you park in a damp area, let your car continue to wilt too long and you might experience this.

This works well as long as you use it properly
5/5

A few reviews, a few reviews, a few There are those who say the product is great, and there are those who say it The majority of the time it seems that if you don't have unreasonable expectations, you'll be satisfied with the product, as you were here. When I bought the product, I was expecting it to clean my leather seats in my car, but I wasn't expecting to see them look showroom fresh after that. It looks like they are really good, however. The first thing I did was watch a few YouTube videos on how to clean leather car seats, so I had a pretty good idea of what I was doing. It is best to use a small horsehair brush like the one you'd use to clean your shoes, to work the cleaner into a lather without rubbing that hard. A video said to tickle the leather with the brush, and it was a pretty accurate description. I find that the cleaner lathers well and I don't need to use a lot of it. It's about right to spray two or three sprays per panel. Do not spray it so that it is completely soaked. As soon as you create lather, all you have to do is wipe it with a microfiber towel to get the surface There were some stains on the panels of my seats of unknown origin that I tried Griots cleaner and conditioner but without success, and Meguires Gold Class without success as well. A small amount of Chemical Guys leather cleaner was sprayed, a lather was made, and it almost immediately disappeared. The stains were completely removed with a second application. The device is easy to operate and doesn't require much effort on your part. The reason I put Lexol conditioner on after the cleaner is that I didn't want to wait a week if I ordered both the cleaner and conditioner from chemical guys. It is working well with Lexol for me, but I might try Chemical Guys conditioner next time just to see what difference it makes. We assure you that Chemical Guys leather cleaner is the right choice for you.

Light leather works well with this product
5/5

I recently got a new vehicle with hardly any miles on it It is trimmed in white leather. Since I have no previous experience with cleaning light leather interiors, I was hesitant and wary. I think this stuff should work as advertised and it is gentle enough to clean the entire interior, not just the With ease, about ten minutes later, my yellow microfiber-duster took the stains off the dash, door handles and other areas. I was able to see "blue stains" on the cloth that I wasn't even aware of before It looks like I can finally start wearing jeans again, do you think? We ended up wiping down the inside of the car with this stuff, I'm fairly sure it's an all-purpose cleaner Are you looking for a multipurpose This product dries matte and does not leave any residue behind. The human eye!.
